I have always wondered if the magnetic flux lines are vortices of space time (or aether). They close on themselves. What I can't wrap my mind around is how the interaction with the electrons in a conductor might happen to create a potential across the conductor ends. In my mind the flux line orients the electrons spins somehow and the electron spin with the traversing flux line makes either the electron tilt (like in a gyroscopic effect) or makes the electrons move along the conductor or some other configuration creating that potential difference. But it happens only when the field line swipes the conductor. I wonder if something like that can be modeled with fluid dynamics. I recall Maxwell developed his equations from a pure fluid dynamics perspective where he envision space time or eather having pressure and velocity properties.

Interesting thought, but I have no idea how to respond.
Thank you for your comment. Please tell your friends and colleagues about my TH-cam channel where there are more than 470 free videos about the Bible, fluid mechanics, science, math, Excel, statistics, air pollution, and other topics. I would greatly appreciate it.

@@johncimbala I would but all my colleagues work in IT (including myself). I did graduate aeronautics somewhere in eastern EU some 33 years ago but worked only 2 years in the field. Moved to IT because it pays much better and I had 2 kids I needed to raise. From time to time I'm coming back to youtube movies to remember what I learned in college. But mostly my interests are related on how some of these phenomenon in electro magnetism are happening. For instance we have Faraday law of induction which is great for a quantitative analysis but there is no explanation how or why is happening. And I did read Maxwell original book and I'm sure it's all fluid dynamics, the fluid being the aether or what we call nowadays space time. So was always wondered if some of these phenomenon can be explained with fluid dynamics. Take the magnetic field. Experiences prove there is no magnetic monopole (only south or only north pole). But a simple explanation is the magnetic field line is a vortex closing on itself so that alone explains why there are no monopoles.
