As a life long Packer fan who has watched almost every Rodgers throw...he has a quick release but like to hang in the pocket, escape, and throw on the run. I also noticed he has lost a step (used to be actually quick). I hope the line plays better than last year because I want him to play 65% of the offensive snaps.
Tbh the concerns are very overblown. Rodgers even said so himself in today's presser. Life long suffering Jets fan btw so I listen to alot of em. Last year we were maligned with injuries. We were down to tackles 5 and 6. Guards 4 and 5. That much injury luck you would assume regress to the norm.

I think the Jets' OL is the real determining factor for that offense, not Rodgers. Rodgers will improve the offense, but it seems like that OL has some weaknesses that can be exploited by good pass rushing defense. NE was third in getting to the QB last year, and that rush has improved by adding Keion White and Mate Mapu. We know what Uche and Judon bring, so do the math, the NE game is no gimme. For NE we see a pretty OL forming except for RT, and that is yet to be determined. The thing NE has going for it is the OL coach (we think), a much more professional coach (we know) than the crew from 2022.
The Jets need start doing more in trenches drills with OL in training camp build there power and strength, I see them doing technique drills which good but they need that strength and toughness in them.
if i am not wrong, jets had 3 starters out last szn, including two of their best players in mekthon and AVT. now they are healthy, drafted a great center and brought over billy turner who is great depth. Rn their oline is solid if they stay healthy. also got that tackle kid, max mitchell, that played really well in limited snaps last szn. in theory their oline should be just fine.

I don’t see anything wrong with Rodgers putting that out there. The Oline was the one of the most concerning thing the jets had to work on this off-season outside of the qb situation. I don’t see anything wrong with Rodgers putting that out there. The Oline was the one of the most concerning thing the jets had to work on this off-season outside of the qb situation. You get Arod in there you have to figure the Oline out asap. Had the offensive line been decent last year the jets would have probably made it as a wild card team.

That usually means their O-Lines are horrible, the QB's are mobile because their line is bad.
