Hey Tolu, Thanks for the detailed explanation, however, I noticed you completely omitted the net cash flow from operations after tax in your Base Case NPV computation. You only included the initial outlay, working capital, and disposal, so it makes the net cash flow after tax seem irrelevant. I’m a bit confused-why is that?

She didn't do that , she did net off the outflows from the inflows, check again or you can do the calculations yourself to see

is the same as Rm - Rf which gives you the 4% in the question
