Its limited at 6 with broly. It does work, but only in the story mode. It essentially gives you unlimited health there cause the maximum health limit would be 9 bars as shown by either using max health broly on the story mission or fusing with two characters with atleast 4 health bars.
Can you do one with regenerating health and ki and high attack and stuff? Basically like a red potara character from BT3? I'm just asking because yes it's a high attack but I want more than that. If anyone has done it before let me know

So, I tried this using Defense Ups instead, so I could fight tanks for the challenge, but there seems to be a limit to how high a stat can go. Whether I had 10/6 or 30/6, my opponent took the same amount of damage. I don't know if I'm actually doing something wrong.
Yes, there is a limit, I think it's around 7 or 8 per stat. You can try first setting 5 offensive potaras, or health recovery potaras, and then cloning the sixth one (defense +1, 2 or 3) to go beyond the sixth slot and boosting your DEF while not losing your ATK buffs.
first i don't get 30 attack ups after several times it didn't work but when there was nothing to on youtube i watch video again for time pass i realize i didn't do one step after doing it again with same it worked it was my mistake i didn't watch full video sorry it is working 1000000000000000000000000000000000 times work
