I know that this video is 6 years old at this point, but I wanted to point out that at 9:29, when Cyanide's Hot girlfriend takes over, it looks to me as though the reason that she keeps looking away is because she is trying to line up the gun barrel with the enemy player/target etc. Only once Cyanide points out the crosshair in the next clip does she realise that the crosshair exists, and is where the bullets are going. Earlier in the video, when she is controlling their movement she tells cyanide that he doesn't know how to shoot, because in her mind, he's not aligning the gun with the target.
I felt like pointing this out because I have seen this video many times and was genuinely curious as to why she was aiming like this. I thought others might find this interesting as well.

Just to add, this is only just a theory I came up with. I could be 100% wrong but it's what makes the most sense to me.

Razbuten made some fantastic video essays on the subject, but the short of it is we expect crosshairs to be there and know to shoot center whereas she probably only sees some weird anomaly of dust at the center and nothing of significance

Valve recently made changes to the ranking system to make it a bell curve centering on somewhere in the upper half of Gold Nova. Too many people had ended up in GE, so they needed to balance the ranks out. Your rank is actually not the badge you see on your profile, it's a number players can't access or even see. So your actual rank hasn't changed, but it doesn't look as posh anymore.
