hello Samya, if you have purchased this product you would see why I have recorded a video. One one person has commented thanking me on this one, but on the 3 other otterbox cases I have reviewed, many others have thanked me for the video. The instructions are not very clear, I fumbled a little when I first got it too. As for those that have not commented, there are 179 likes on this video, surely at least half of those likes came from people that had issues and youtubed the instructions and found this video. I do clearly understand your confusion, I would have thought the same but going over the manual prompted me to make this video. I do thank you very much for stopping by and commenting, it does mean the world to me.
