After cutting my front piece shoulder is longer than the back

The 2" she trimmed off from the center front was supposed to extend to the neckline. Loose the placket, trim off 2" from your neckline to meet the 12" neck depth before fixing the placket. With the adjustment, the front and back shoulder will be equal
That way the front will be equal with the back

The 14 inches is the ROUND SLEEVE, That is how wide u want ur sleeve to be.
The 36 is where the bubu will stop. Then downwards will be shaped a little
