I love this videos cause although they compare two recipes.....there is no way other chef will beat Aaron's recipes.......They are more complex and flavorful.. But it is great because is like learning the classic way and then a variation with more flavor............just loved it!
Hard to judge two completely different dishes really. Would a risotto bianco win over all 3 because it's even more classic? Bit unfair I think. Both looked incredible and just so vastly different. Should have judged on how well it was cooked, texture and actual flavour of the rice not on "more traditional"
