Cici is never broken to be honest. She was perma banned for the first 4 days but then completely left forgotten after people saw how easy to counter her was. She really stuggle against most EXP laners, and heroes with displacement skills ruins her badly.
Also I feel really bad for that Nana, if I were on that player's shoes I would already troll or just never helped him. She actually made great plays, Aamon is the one that's actually really greedy.
Xborg ruby zy and a good lapu user are my top exp laners that can easily counter cici, all others are pretty even or cici have an edge.
Cici has been in the top ban list for weeks before the start of this season

Cici really need to be left unchecked to work. As a exp main, she really struggles against borg, ruby, arlott, paq in laning.having a fred, vexana, valir in opponent kinda cripples her

Cici is so balanced that she was neither nerfed nor buffed in og server lol (from my knowledge of reading through patch notes)
One of my teammate (Gord) died after being ganked by a Dyrroth. He blamed our Lesley for not using her ulti to scan the area. I told him “It’s always someone else’s fault eh?” and he asked if I was duo with the Lesley. I told him “Do we have to be to defend one another?”. Unsurprisingly, he got bronze and muted for 178 hours. 😅
I'd love too see Betosky play Esmeralda since she also got a new skin it's free and pretty!

Happens all the time. You get a good early game, then slowly the enemy makes a gold comeback, but my team didn't notice because our KDA is still higher than them. I keep reminding them about our gold differences getting closer until it's too late and enemy already got the gold advantage, and then the game always gets extremely difficult when we could have snowballed it to end the game early. I can see the pattern clearly, but I don't know how to stop it 😢

Ngl i dont understand why people are saying cici was op. As someone to mained cici when she came out and played against a ton of cici without even trying to counter her. She really isnt op. Its all dependent on the player. Sure she can burst you down but thats only if your slow enough to let that happen. She just needs any stun to ruin her. Her tanky build isnt even good against any of the mm either. No matter what you build. If anything was barley above average at release now shes below average with a small nerf. And could really use a buff. Like not canceling her first skill from every stun. Make it like odette busted uilt

Cici's attacks are based on IRL YoYo tricks, which is a detail Moonton never adds. CiCi is the second hero who uses their pet or a living being as a weapon, if you don't count Phovious' Astaro Eye's little prison as a body.
[Skills]
Passive:
Dealing dmg grants stacks that increases Movement Spd and Spellvamp. Doubles it at max stacks.
S1:
She attacks with YoYo dealing Max HP% dmg. She can move during the cast and dmg scales the Max HP%.
S2:
She jumps in a specified area. If she lands on any enemy/ally unit, deals dmg to enemy and jumps again in Movement Joystick direction.
Ult:
Tangles a target hero and nearby hero together, making them unable to separate far from each other. Using S1 when both are in skill range causes an additional YoYo to attack the 2nd attached hero. If only 1 hero is attached, attacks them with 2 YoYos.
[Guide]
1. Try to use basic attacks to stack some passive before entering fights. While her S1 fills her passive at max from zero, it also ends after filling it.
2. Vengeance, Purify or Flicker is recommended, don't run Sprint you already have passive.
3. Have atleast War Axe in your item builds, it pairs well with her passive.
4. There's a delay before your ult is attached to a hero, and using S1 too early may cost you to lose out on damage.
5. Never forget to use S2 on allies while retreating or attacking.
6. During laning, her S2 has a considerably high base dmg so use it to poke your opponent.
7. Since her S1 autoaims. When clearing minions without danger, stick close to siege minion to prioratise your S1.

Ngl is hard to use an assassin jungle against a tanky roam and core and a slippery and versatile exp. As long the mage and marksman is an expert on positioning and objectives

I got thamuz last night who was just like amon. Dude early fed Martis with 5-6 kills and was complaining that others are nub. Endgame he died around 17-18 times by always jumping right in middle of enemy team and instantly dying and then blame others.
People like that thamuz are too used to facing terrible enemies and stomping them so when they eventually face decent enemies they use the same tactic thinking it will work

Cici is so incredibly broken. Most exp heroes can't touch her even. It really takes hard sustain hero like xborg and lapu-lapu to even have a chance at fighting her. Even then it is still important for mid to come gank her lane before she zone your exp too much.

For me, Cici is not good exp laner due to weak team fight. Other fighter like yz, khaleed, paqui have hp or good burst capability.And Cici get hardcounter by other burst fighter like paqui and khaleed on earlygame
Even on lategame Cici cannot go 1v1 mm because Cici don't have burst or high dps to kill mm quickly.
Only good thing about Cici is snowball capability she has if she win her Lane first.
Yeah for real Yz have way better damage, better sustain, about equal mobility with his ult enough to target the backline. Not to mention his early is miles better than Cici

Her passive grants 0.75% of spell vamp on each stack until 10 and when she is in full stack her passive gets double and also movement speed [so yea its unnecessary to get bloodlust axe since she is high mobility with her second skill and her movement speed passive that can easily escape]

The problem of the 90% of the players dont have to guts to win in terms of objective and turret breaking. Mid to end game thats suppose to be 3-4 dead enemies should all mid and end. All they do is kills w/o objectives.

@@MoonGoddess123 4 magic damage dealers yes, the two magic support's total dmg output was less than moscov and blade armour limits the adc/mvp' dmg while also reflecting some back and slows moscov's speed. if your argument was on the basis of cursed helmet's health bonus and tree's passive it would be understandable e but from the dmg reduction pov it makes no sense.
