The Side Star Resort Hotel is a 5 Star All Inclusive Hotel in Side, near Antalya, Turkey (Turkiye). In this video we take you around all the food areas that we experienced, give overviews of the food in each area and tell you what's good and what's not!. We do some taste testing and tell you which is the best place to eat here!.

It's a great place, as I have said in the video some things especially food is quite subjective and some things are personal with your likes and dislikes, but we are looking again at the moment at holidays and honestly this place stands head and shoulders above many others, especially for the price!. You will have a great holiday there. We are so glad our videos have been useful...makes it all worth it to help others. Thanks again for watching and subscribing. Next set of videos, hopefully starting tomorrow are a few short videos of the Dolmus from the Hotel to Side, a little walk around Side, the ruins and a Restaurant we visited - hopefully they might be useful also.

I am liking the style of your videos and this is the third one I've watched so far. Had to watch this one with an open mind but won't bore you with the problem with Turkey and Cyprus. I cannot imagine how the Turkish A La Carte could make a desert out of Tahini/Halva as it is a paste made out of sesame seeds. Very good looking hotel.

We didn't eat at the beach bar...I wasn't that keen on the beach bar when we went to see some entertainment there and if i'm honest not the best views!. We decided that the pool bar was so good and the views around and atmosphere around was great that we stuck with that!. Another fantastic informative video, on the strength of watching this and your review on the hotel itself we plan to book for next year. Can you remember the transfer time from the airport please?
Thank you so much for your comments and sorry for the delay in replying...I do like to respond asap and respond to all our comments as we really appreciate everyone taking the time to reach out to us. So pleased you are considering going to the Side Star Resort...I can also highly recommend our last holiday to Crete (videos on channel) in case you were interested. I loved the Side Star Resort, but the Aquila Rithymna Beach Hotel in Crete in my opinion was even better - however, for different reasons and maybe not as 5 star as the Side Star Resort. Both great holidays!. Thank you for your kind comments of this been a great video. From memory the transfer to and from the Airport was 50 mins going (early hours of the morning) and an 1 hour going back. Be warned the Airport is very expensive!. Thanks for watching.
Just an update since your reply, we have now actually booked the Side Star Excellence, maybe a sister hotel to the one you stayed in. The only reasons we went for that one is the beach looks better and it is closer to Side itself. Strangely the one on Crete you mentioned was on our list of possibles so it looks like that could be the next one we book. Not had chance to view your report yet but going on your previous videos it with be good. Keep them coming and happy holidaying

I think all the Side Star Hotels are very similar...just will all have their own special things with some things the same -Side Star Excellence will be wonderful I am sure. For your next holiday definitely have a look at the Aquilla Rithymna Beach Hotel in Crete, it was one of the best holidays we have had - catch the videos under Crete 2023 playlist when you can and they will give you a good insight and a guide as to whether you think you would like for a future trip. We had a free child place and prices can obviously differ from school holidays, summer to more quiter times will obviously be cheaper. We booked with Jet2 very close to going as a late deal, so much so that we couldn't get seats together on plane.
Hi ladies. Thanks for the footage of the Side Star Resort. I’m going here on the 27th July with my family for 10 nights. My 2 children want to know if you can get burgers at the pool bar 😂 Easily pleased lol. Is the red wine nice at the hotel?

Hi there, thank you so much for watching!. The Side Star Resort honestly knocks most other places out of the water right now...we have been looking at holidays and it's difficult to match that place. All places have their pros and cons, I assume you have watched the videos on the Hotel and Food?, they hopefully give good info. Burger wise, yes there are burgers at the pool bar next to the Panini station and to the furthest left of the bar. Red wine also good - my husband had a few nights and enjoyed (both red and white were much better than we thought it would be). Hope that answers things. The main drinks we thought were a little poor were cocktails, the rest were good. Thanks again.

Hay thank you for this video =) i think about it next year to go in this hotel but can you answer me one thing ^^ is there a vitamin bar with fresh smooties for 2 euros ?? i was this year in the neighbour hotel and the smoothies was amazing someone tell me all hotels have this but i dont find a notice about this

Thanks for watching.. From memory I think it was just Orange juice that was fresh at a charge. I don't remember seeing Smoothies. The freshly squeezed Orange Juice was not included in All Inc so was a charge and I think it could have been 2 Euros.
Could you advise if there are any vegetarian options there i just booked recently.
Hi there, thank you so very much in watching our video and taking the time to comment. From memory, I am pretty sure that they ask about food allergies or preferences at reception upon check in when they explain the all inclusive. Firstly, even if they don't do this - I would advise them upon check in and they are prepared to advise you of everything you need to know. The food there, although some things with meat there were many options without, a massive array of salad for each sitting in the main dining area. One place you can't miss is the lunch at the pool bar, the food is excellent. The Pannini, Pasta and Jacket Potato stations all had fresh food that you could order what you wanted - so you could absolutely have vegetarian options in all of those stations. Breakfast time there would be many suitable options also. I think the main issue could be the Al a carte Restaurants, as I am sure on the Turkish and Mexican ones there were mainly meat options, but the Asian one had some vegetarian options. It might be that once you are booking at any of the Al a Carte Restaurants maybe the booking person (see video for details) could help advise on options within each of the 3 Restaurants, or maybe they could change something accordingly to make vegetarian for you?. I am sure there would be some variety for a vegetarian going to this hotel, but as I say if you mention at check in I am sure they will do everything they can to point you in the right direction. Being in a all inclusive hotel, was there any chance to leave the hotel and explore Turkey or did u just stay in the hotel throughout your hotel. I’m frm London and I’m thinking of booking for me & my sons for February 2024
Hi there...you can definitely head out of the Hotel and we went into Side itself and also dined out for a lovely meal.
