I was like, "Don't open the cookie box, it's a trap. You will find sewing supplies there." but voila!! there were really cookies!!! you win Prof. Oh. :-D
I lived in Seoul for almost 4 months and that never happpened to me. And I did not know of someone who experienced that. I believe Seoul, and South Korea in general, is pretty safe.
I feel like keys are alot easier to break in with, you can easily pick the lock with a bobby pin, or someting sharp and long :D also you can copy keys. While with codes you just cover ehat you are typing in :))
I am inspired by Professor Oh`s vision board and Mommy Oh`s idea to use the empty food containers as tupper ware. Why didnt I came up with the idea myself? :D
언니 I love the flat you're staying in! I have thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I love house tours in general but this was a very special tour to me. I really appreciate that you're taking such good and great care of the person's home. I love your work!!!
Airbnb this website it is look like Booking but it is not for hotels it is for hosting houses or department , Amazing . ( sorry if there is any mistake :" i am not very fluently in english )
this is amazing, my boyfriend and I stayed here for three weeks this summer while i was visiting him before he joined the military. it was such a nice apartment and neighborhood!!!
Oh, this place is so nice. I'd love to live in an apartment like this when I move back. I thing is I'd like the front door to go out onto a small street instead of an alley. Kind of scary this way. haha
Can you provide a link to this housing or other housing places to stay? Prices too will help. I'm wanting to go back to Seoul next summer and I need to start looking for a place to stay.
May I ask you how much you paid for this appartment per month if it's not too indiscreet? I'll be staying in Korea for three months next year for an internship and I don't know yet if the accomodation will be provided by my employer, so I'd like to know what to expect if it's not.
Thanks for showing us your space! I like the design and I'm glad it meets all your needs when in Seoul! I Hope you get to accomplish the goals on your Vision Board too! 😊👍
OMG!!! When I saw the pic of your airbnb apartment, I just went to check the room in airbnb and saw ur review about it!! u wrote sooooo nice and kind words about the owner! I was so happy to find ur review there 😂
rules of housing never live in a basement. it's not the floods. it's the effect you get on your knees or joints when you live in a basement apt. aka the dampness. =O (doesn't matter on weather)
It might be weird to ask, but how much did it cost for your stay there? I went for two weeks and it was about 1000 for 2 people right in the middle of the city, like two stops from Myeongdong.
@Dyylan_Galaxy Ms Mina is in Korea, so the cost is in Korean won. There are about 1200 Korean won to 1 USD. At $80 a night, for 30 nights that would be about 2.4 million won, depending on the nightly/monthly rate. What did it cost, Ms Mina?
We were in Seoul this past April and rented an Airbnb in central Seoul. Great experience but my only complaint was the missing shower door and walls. I have to remove everything out of the bathroom before taking my shower or else everything will get wet. So next time I'm going to make sure there's shower door and wall.
Even in the U.S. people don't drink tap water even though the authorities say that it is safe. But I don't think getting chlorine and fluoride in your body is healthy thing to do.
lee world Ah so it's a marketing strategy. I heard that the water wasn't drinkable because the pipes were really old or something and that's why you can't flush toilet paper either.
lee world the place I stayed at in Korea a few weeks ago had a sign that said to not flush toilet paper so maybe it depends on the building? or maybe they say that to prevent clogging?
GIRLLLL I hate ticking clocks. We have one in our apartment and I hear it in every room, and even at night in the bedroom while trying to sleep. Im going to throw that thing out! I hate it. I dont know why i've kept it for 16 years. haha. BYE clock!!
I love how respectful this lady is. She kept her voice down so she wouldn't disturb her neighbours. :3
these apartment tour videos always make me want to head to ikea and re do my whole room

Elizabeth Sanchez yes the pipe closet is seriously something else!!!!
This is like a dream apartment! I love the pipe rack and the bed especially, so pretty 🙌🏻
It's so nice but I would be terrified if someone would find out the code to the entrance and just come in... 😨
i thought the same!! 😓

If you get worried, you can just change the combination! Much harder to do with a tumbler lock.
Totally doing a Vision Board💜
I am much inspired by Professor Oh
Me too!!
I am inspired by Professor Oh`s vision board and Mommy Oh`s idea to use the empty food containers as tupper ware. Why didnt I came up with the idea myself? :D
This was sooo cute! I've seen so many typical looking apartments in Korea this was a nice change.
언니 I love the flat you're staying in! I have thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I love house tours in general but this was a very special tour to me. I really appreciate that you're taking such good and great care of the person's home. I love your work!!!

Oh and I like the vision board. Mindful is a good thing
Does anyone know if it's safe to drink tap water? In Korea, I mean.
As far as I know, no because it's not clean
mrrainbow250 Yes it's safe to drink!
mrrainbow250 it really depends on where you live. Each place is different. I don’t think you’d die or anything but it wouldn’t hurt to filter it.
I didn't die so I guess it's safe 😅
Yes it is safe and also the US water 💧
rules of housing never live in a basement. it's not the floods. it's the effect you get on your knees or joints when you live in a basement apt. aka the dampness. =O (doesn't matter on weather)

Dream apartment. Simple but cute and cozy.
I was interested in the link to rent this apt and prices as well. The space is well decorated with the essentials. I like the minimal industrial look.

stupid question, how the hell is the place so clean?? isn't there any dust in korea??
Joey tito she probably cleaned up before doing the tour

how much does it cost?

Very cool! Thanks for sharing! Love the sofa!
That apartment seems pretty big compared to other apartments in Seoul, looks very cozy!
The pipe fittings as a rack for hangers is a good idea indeed....

Why do you have bottled water? Is the water in korea bad?
From what I've heard Koreans don't even drink the tap water most have a purifier or they buy bottled water.
Even in the U.S. people don't drink tap water even though the authorities say that it is safe. But I don't think getting chlorine and fluoride in your body is healthy thing to do.

lee world why don't you drink tap water in Australia? is it dirty?

GIRLLLL I hate ticking clocks. We have one in our apartment and I hear it in every room, and even at night in the bedroom while trying to sleep. Im going to throw that thing out! I hate it. I dont know why i've kept it for 16 years. haha. BYE clock!!

You should always keep your washer open other wise it will grow mold due to not being able to ventilate and dry between washes...
