i'm crying. not because of how calm this music box is but because of how bangtan changed me-- for the better. they changed my life-- for the best.
back then, i was depressed. not much but i don't smile and i also don't talk much. all i did before is letting my tears fall and hug my pillow every night. midnights helped me to express my pain... without anyone knowing it.
i was a honor student who always ranks 1st,, but when i receive hates every time i go up to the stage, participate or anything that would show that i can do more things, i already questioned myself (ex:) 'why do i receiving hates' 'why do they hate me, i didn't do anything' and the like. and worse, the person behind me (who's the 2nd) said that i looked like a nerd (even i don't wear glasses😩) and most of my classmates heard it and started to throwing words that i don't deserve.
because of this, i started to slack off from my studies... causing my grades to fall down and my rank became lower and lower. my parents were dissapointed and started to become strict @ me. they kept saying i should study because i'm dumb. i was dissapointed @ them too. like, who would like to be called a dumb? esp it came from your parents? who were proud and who kept saying positive things before when you're at the top? they also hit me with things (except belts) if i do anything wrong (even if it's small.) after i realized all of this, i became depressed and my friends started to find another friend.
i was depressed for YEARS not 'til I met these 7 angels who saved my life & who accepts every imperfections inside and outside of me. (bc of my cousin who introduced them to me) (by the way, she's an army exact bil era. kung nakikita mo tong comment ko, pearl, aba pa ice cream ka na HAHAHAHA)
i got curious at first because when i first saw them, i thought all of them lookalike (lmao) and i searched them on youtube and watched a video (it's a fancam, i think. and as what as i remember, they're performing boy in luv?) and i was amazed. their dancing skills, vocals and the way the holy 3 (ㅋㅋㅋ) rap are soooo good. i couldn't imagine that there's a legendary group which have 7 members who can do anything.
after couple of days, i watched meme videos but i still didn't consider myself as an army since i told myself to take care of my studies first (again😆😂) since i'm already okay (bc bangtan made me so happy) and lowkey because of: i still can't move on what happend on exo. (for armys who hate exo or exo-ls, dONT FITE ME FOR MENTIONING EXO HERE. ANG PETMALU KO EH, BIGLANG MENTION NO HAHAHAHA ANG SPECIAL!!ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ)
then it happend. i came back to the ranks but i didn't reached to 1st again because idfk and i became an army. [2016 HAHAHAHAHA!! 2 years ko sila tiniis tangina ohoh]
i started to know them DEEPER. i thought hanggang crush lang turing ko sa kanila but i fell in love. I FREAKING FELL IN LOVE WITH THESE 7 BOYS WHO HELPED ME TO ESCAPE MY PROBLEMS BUT DIDNT EVEN KNOW ME! (LMFAOOO HAHAHAHAHA)
even i didn't became their fan since then but i promise to stay til the end. this 'thanks' will never be enough but pure love, care, respect and support. thank you for everything bangtan-- thank you for being the most beautiful moment ever happened in my life,, for being the best persons who made me happy and escaped from (the heaviness of) the problems i had. i may never saw you guys since i never saved lives before (ㅎㅎㅎㅎ) but someday, you will hear this voice,, screaming your names and will let my happy tears fall again for seeing my boys (personally) who also inspired a girl like me and gave me reasons to live & motivations to study well.
to nj, who taught me to love myself first before others and who taught me to stand up for myself whenever i fail smth, thank you.
to sj, who taught me to be confident how horrible my appearance may be and who taught me that I should never doubt my skills and abilities, thank you.
to yg, who taught me that i can do anything, that i should not give shits to others because i'm different and who taught me that i should work hard to commit my dreams, thank you.
to hs, who taught me to imagine positive things instead of the negative ones and who taught me that i should live happily even i have problems bc life is short, thank you.
