Hello I’m also Korean and started our fertility journey. Did IUI this week and now two week wait. I’m so thankful for your video. I resonate with you a lot and totally understand what you are doing through. Know that you are not alone! ❤️
I wish you all the best!! The 2 week wait is almost the hardest part… but I’m so glad you found this video. Thank you for reminding me that I’m not alone! Sometimes, this journey can feel so isolating.
That's tough. Sorry to hear. I was truly hoping for other news for you. I've always wondered about those 'natural killer cells' myself. Thanks for the tip.
My SIL ended up having higher than normal NK cells in her uterus. I believe they tested her lining. She did immunotherapy transfusion during transfer and throughout her pregnancy. She had failed implantation before doing so including for an IVF transfer. I 100% believe in NT killer cells causing infertility. My husband, SILs brother, and I had pcos anovulatory infertility but when we did get pregnant I developed early onset severe preeclampsia in my 1st pregnancy and have it again this pregnancy. NT killer cells for women are related to paternal factor related early onset severe preeclampsia where the fathers dna in the placenta can cause an autoimmune reaction to the placenta and mothers body leading to pre-e. My SIL had pre-e at term and my husbands grandmother had it most likely with her 3 babies, definitely 2 of them as they were 4 and 5lbs and the 4lb baby was a NICU baby. My MIL was the daughter so of her Pre-e mom so she likely didn’t develop it was her pregnancies because it is more heavily associated with dads genetics. A man who fathers one pre-e pregnancy is more likely to father other pre-e pregnancies regardless of the mother being the same or different. My SIL also has endo, which is related to NT killer cells. Since your IUI was so painful, maybe they should look more into endo for you as well. Silent endo is a thing but also there are less commonly know symptoms of endo as well like chronic constipation. I started taking l’arginine and l’citrulline for my severe early onset pre-eclampsia this pregnancy. You might want to look into those supplements for implantation failure as they improve blood flow to the uterus, placenta and baby. There’s some research with it helping implantation and IVF pregnancy rates.
Wow! Thanks for taking the time to write all this out and for all this info! I will def look into these supplements you’re talking about :) my doctors don’t think I have endometriosis but they think it’s very painful because my cervix is very small. But I should definitely re-check with them too.
Your channel videos are very nice. But not properly optimized. And there are some problems. It will be better if they are resolved. Do you want to see the problems? ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

@@AngiesTablemy fertility Dr said most patients in the unexplained fertility category should have a laparoscopy done for endo.
