Lovely to see the crow population get a hammering. We have wild goshawk here in Norfolk. They only seem to eat young crows off the nest. Are goshawks hard work to train & keep? Thanks
Hi 👋!! Just a question, I’ve caught on my trail camera a goshawk drowning a squirrel!! Is this possible with goshawks ! What I’ve got on film it’s clear it’s trying to drown it ! Just love to hear your opinion??? Also just to proof that it was trying to drown it , was that I’ve had the camera 🎥 out on the same tree for 2 half years & never ever got one squirrel in all that time ! But have lots of the goshawk drinking from the puddle where the camera is placed ! It’s actually a deer wallow that usually stays wet all year round ! Love to hear back from you !! Many thanks
My goshawk is male Juvenile But he don't chase pheasants. I fed the poultry pheasant about five times. And yet he doesn't want to catch it.Give me some advice He full weight 750g,hunting weight 600g Thank you
Hey there big and strong game birds and the goshawk knows this, he will need to be strong and confident to chase them. What weight is he ?? Has he caught any other type of live birds?
@@구석윤-h8o ok if it was me i would push his weight up a bit untill he will recall 100% every time he sees the lure! He may not always recall to your glove 100% but if the lure works 100% your ok and you can start to build him up , a goshawk that is not eating enough good food will not feel energised enough to chase👍 my goshawk took time to build power and confidence, once he would recall from 100m or 200m from a tree with the lure i was safe to fly him anywhere knowing he was right between hunger and power 👍👍
Hes brill at them , just gets tough to keep surprising them within range, next season should be great sport on big numbers of young rook👍 Just caught 1 rabbit this season , he still not to sure of them sometimes but i tweaked his weight and he really gave them hell, hes hit 3 of them at full speed but lost his grip. , i had the same issue with my old Male HH in his first season , 2nd season he was dynamite on bunnys 👍🤞

@@구석윤-h8o well done , its hard at the beginning to make a good hawk but once they start killing it becomes easy for them. Enjoy the journey👍👍
What is the hunting weight of this Gos.
He will hunt crows at 1lb 8oz but i need him at 1lb7.5 oz for rabbits.. he is Parent raised not imprinted
very nice
Well done
Thanks a million👍
Is parental or imprinting?
Her he is parent raised👍
Great video and cracking Gos !
Can I message you somehow for some advice ?
Where are you from dear ?
Hey im from Ireland👍
How about less drama music and some commentary on weight control, your selection of slips, and other considerations of the hunt.
Bro this goshawk doesn’t migrate which u have ?
No man this is a captive bred Goshawk . Its a euro Northern Goshawk👍
@@tangostalons5807 which was u first bird when u started falconary

Train him to fly out of the car window on crows, you will get closer slips and more kills.
I did i have lots of vids of him car hawking , the goshawk is so explosive it was much fun watching him slip at crows from the fist 👍
Ooooo
interesting video, background music too tiring
What’s with that music 🤦♀️
Its hard to find free music to use i made so many vids that got takin down due to copyright rules 👍
Love crow ❤ hate hawk !
Thanks
