Sure and thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy with the recipe
Ingredients for a 20 cm cake mold:
3 eggs
75 grams of sugar
A little cinnamon powder
150 g of flour
10 g baking powder
100g melted butter
3 apples
For the pastry cream:
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 egg yolks
500 mL hot milk
40 g butter
Cooking time: 35 minutes at 180°C (in a preheated oven!)
