@wolfpup673 You need to play as all the extra toggle characters by continuously clicking the right trigger till you see "extra" characters... Here is a website which tells where you find the red hat for extra toggle and it also tells you which levels you have to play or not play and which characters you have to toggle through to get the achievement .After you play as all the extra toggle characters in a level you can just save and quit... there is no need to complete the whole level. link below!
