Nah I don't think so, kotl is the king and he uses soul, this set has 3 soul uses 1 body to fight, and so perfect why ability have ghost because they are ghost of forest and this Forest have much d.i.e people

For those asking how to beat him with hound lv4+. I'm using lv5 but there are no big differences from lv4. Lv6 would just be a walk in the park i guess.
Here are my perks:
Rock, perseverance, dmg absorption, dmg return, PoV, berserk, basher, bleeding.
All my perks are min lv8, most lv10.
Hound's strength is the pursuit mode. In pursuit you are immortal. So the key is to enter pursuit as fast as possible & as many times as possible. You need to build fire energy quick to enter pursuit, so you use shield dash & horn often. At the start, you need to push him to the corner with shield dash and keep attacking. Do not let him keep distance, otherwise he'll use the range atk (wave thing). Jaw breaker combined with basher is a great advantage (high chance to keep him stunned). If PoV applied on first pursuit, his health will be reduced by at least 80%, then you'll just need to finish him. If not, keep him in corner until you re-enter pursuit. Stay close to him! Remember when using hound you need to pressure & bully. Reverse the roles - you need to become the boss 🙂

i used steel hound lv4 and yes this set is still a joke as compared to hound. Defeated forest set hard boss with no rounds lost. Hound is literally the final boss set of sf3.

I beat the Dead Forest Triad boss in hard mode with Level 6 Steel Hound Set . It's the absolute best armor to use against this boss in my humble opinion. Anyway good video, man .👍👌

Weapon is not of this set but a special kind of weapon
I had to say, i buy this set, but i almost couldn't play with it because it require a lot of skills to use, mainly at lv 3, where the skills don't knock up the enemy. I like a lot the new set, but ninjatos aren't my favorite weapon 😅

Why dead forest traid set not using soul attacks even if my mist bar is full? I tried crouch, moving back and jumping and nothing happening (btw my set is at lvl 4)
