    Solutions
    1. Mediate and believe in myself
    2. Go to library, avoid friends and keep my phone away to me .
    3. Exercises daily for 10 min. ,eat healthy, be hydrating.
    4. I will face my fear by practice,and gave my 200 % for this attempt ,leave the result in God's hand . If i used to fail i will try again i never give up. And if i passed i thank to god and universe and myself.
    So, i will gave my 200 % in this attempt . I can definitely achieve my goal to clear ca inter in first attempt. ❤🎉 no one stop me by achieving my aim even not myself my mind ...no one

    I have no friends who doing ca,no body to discuss & planning to study,i feel alone & when i got depressed my overthinking started & feel very low nobody can understand my feelings and my downfall but u are my ca buddy whenever i got depressed & feel low ur video is power booster for me all the points are very relatable i feel like aap specially mere liye video laye ho.thanq so much sir for this kind of motivation....nd yess i will doing 200% in my attempt

      No worries we all are in the same boat!
      I have an idea, let's create a group (not for chit chat) and till exams every night before we go to sleep we'll message in that group like "I've completed my today's targets and did effective study of this much hours" and if targets are not met the text would be changed to something like "i couldn't achieve my today's target" and will continue this, if we complete our target it'll motivate us for the next day and if not then guilt will make us work harder this can help in improving ourselves.
      What say guys?

      Hi. a hack for you. when you turn off your youtube history in youtube it makes your shorts stop as well as your feed would be unavaible unless you search it up. that way u can search things when u need them as well as get rid of addiction

    Sir I have switched off my phone and given it to my elder brother and has asked him to hide it till exams gets over and it has really helped me to boost my efficiency . Also now I can sit for longer hours of sitting. I have deactivated my Insta 2 months back as soon as I realized that it was taking a lot of time. the solution to come over the PHONE ADDICTION is to use laptop for watching lectures and doing revision. keep the phone notifications off that are not important to you.

      Just a suggestion, when we are giving 12-15 hrs a day towards our study, our brains works continuously. We need to give our brain adequate relaxation so that it can regenerate itself and work with full effecieny.
      Try to have 7 hrs sleep atleast, and when you feel that your efficiency is decreasing in any hours of the day, try to take a nap on your study chair only, that 5-10 min increase your effecieny

    Yet to overcome - afternoon naps (Bcoz rainy season me frequently electricity and wifi chala jata hai)
    As a result of which Mera hafte me 3-4 lects miss hote hai
    I get upset that external reason k vajeh se padhai nhi ho rahi
    Solution- I'll change my schedule such that electricity cut off doesn't make a hindrance in my studies
    I'll give my 200% in this attempt and I'll perform better than everyone else

    problem 1 mobile games social media . problem 2 discipline and consistancy solution 1 use laptop for studies only and mobile phone give to parents . solution 2 I should go to library early in the morning 7 am and went back home at night 10 pm ( breaks for 3 meals 11:30 am to 12 :30 pm , 3 pm to 4pm and last is 6: 30 pm to 7:30 pm ) sir I am CA Foundation aspirant your motivation boosted me thank you so much sir . only 15 days is remaining for exams and in this I will definitely give my 200% in this attempt nd I will successfull in this attempt

    Solution 2 for this I can do exercise or talk to my family to regain energy to kickstart the work

    Solution 4 try to delegate that work to sibling or do it asap

    Problem is Sleep

    problem sleeping for 8-9 hrs

    problem 1: Mobile , problem 2: family distraction , problem 3 : sleeping while study and full energy when i have phone , solution 1 : delete all social media app and switch the phone solution 2: go to library solution 3: study with low volume background music

    Idk why I'm listening this as my CA Final is due on Nov'26 but to reach at this level I suffered a lot, did a lot of mistake, corrected those mistakes but couple of weeks ago I got to know that the girl I loved for past 7 years is going to marry this year with another guy. I get distracted from my goal since then but I'm trying to overcome it & starting to study again. I know it's hard but I'm determined to clear Finals in my first attempt & I know I can do it.
