No worries we all are in the same boat! I have an idea, let's create a group (not for chit chat) and till exams every night before we go to sleep we'll message in that group like "I've completed my today's targets and did effective study of this much hours" and if targets are not met the text would be changed to something like "i couldn't achieve my today's target" and will continue this, if we complete our target it'll motivate us for the next day and if not then guilt will make us work harder this can help in improving ourselves. Sir I have switched off my phone and given it to my elder brother and has asked him to hide it till exams gets over and it has really helped me to boost my efficiency . Also now I can sit for longer hours of sitting. I have deactivated my Insta 2 months back as soon as I realized that it was taking a lot of time. the solution to come over the PHONE ADDICTION is to use laptop for watching lectures and doing revision. keep the phone notifications off that are not important to you.

Just a suggestion, when we are giving 12-15 hrs a day towards our study, our brains works continuously. We need to give our brain adequate relaxation so that it can regenerate itself and work with full effecieny. Try to have 7 hrs sleep atleast, and when you feel that your efficiency is decreasing in any hours of the day, try to take a nap on your study chair only, that 5-10 min increase your effecieny

Idk why I'm listening this as my CA Final is due on Nov'26 but to reach at this level I suffered a lot, did a lot of mistake, corrected those mistakes but couple of weeks ago I got to know that the girl I loved for past 7 years is going to marry this year with another guy. I have an idea, let's create a group (not for chit chat) and till exams every night before we go to sleep we'll message in that group like "I've completed my today's targets and did effective study of this much hours" and if targets are not met the text would be changed to something like "i couldn't achieve my today's target" and will continue this, if we complete our target it'll motivate us for the next day and if not then guilt will make us work harder this can help in improving ourselves.

Idk why I'm listening this as my CA Final is due on Nov'26 but to reach at this level I suffered a lot, did a lot of mistake, corrected those mistakes but couple of weeks ago I got to know that the girl I loved for past 7 years is going to marry this year with another guy. I get distracted from my goal since then but I'm trying to overcome it & starting to study again. I know it's hard but I'm determined to clear Finals in my first attempt & I know I can do it.
