Since I had a good relationship with him I had the authority to kick out people if they were being rude and I told him the situation, so when I saw a lady being rude to one of his new hires I warned her that I'll kick her out if she didn't stop being a jerk. When i told her this she didn't want to listen to me and I told her to get out, but she didn't listen to me because she wanted to hear it from the owner. So when she demanded to speak to the owner because "I was being so rude" I called him knowing he was doing his hobby and how he gets when someone distracts him from doing it. He then comes out cursing her out for like a full on 30 seconds at least, tells her to get the (can't say those words on TH-cam) out his store and that she should've just listened to me when I told her to leave.
