few things to clear up: 1. Leicester almost did it again in the Champions League, they reached the Quarter Finals against all odds again, narrowly missing out to Atletico Madrid who went on to lose in the finals.
    2. The following season, after a poor start, leicester were in 18th position and they sacked their manager, this new manager was an interim coach and he managed to keep leicester up, in the next few seasons they would go on to be a solidified top 6 club and won the FA Cup last season.
    3. Ngolo Kante and Riyad Mahrez had their breakout seasons that year, Mahrez won the PFA player of the year (basically the MVP) and Kante won it the season afterwards following a big money move to Chelsea. Before this season, they were unheard of.
    4. Tottenham drew 2-2 against Chelsea in the game that confirmed Leicester as champions, it is one of the most famous Premier League games ever, as both clubs are massive rivals; Chelsea were having their worst season in decades and Tottenham were having their best. The Chelsea players were talking shit that week on Twitter, so the game is one of the dirtiest ever, there were multiple fights (i’d recommend you react to it)

There were many factors in this incredible story coming into reality. Nigel Pearson's team mentality and fight blended and altered by Claudio Ranieri's style and elan. The recruitment of players for not much money ( in football terms) who went on to be international and world class, such as Vardy, Mahrez, Kante. That bit of class blended with solid journeyman professionals performing above expectations was the dream ticket. Leicester also have the financial backing of a Thai business family and their wealth is only beaten by the two Manchester clubs. Astonishing really that a small club from a small city in the Midlands are now regarded by those who know as a top six side.

React to Jamie Vardy’s story. He worked in a factory while he was playing so he could make extra money and he was convicted for assault charges when in 2007 due to a fight he had outside of a pub. He is a one of a kind player and a crazy underdog story.

Leicester that season were build up out of cast-offs and nobodies: we just didn't realise at the time that among those cast-offs were legends-to-be Riyad Mahrez, N'Golo Kante, Jamie Vardy and Kasper Schmeichel. And one of the reasons the manager was so disrespected beforehand was because in his previous job he managed the Greece national team and somehow his team lost to San Marino (a country whose whole population could fit inside most Premier League stadiums. Who the rest of the time consider international success to be losing by less than five goals. Somehow they beat his Greece team).

Leicester was the team that made mahrez and kante the players who they are right now , they played a vital role to this miracle that made them A class players

It was his performances that particular season that convinced Man City to splash big money for Mahrez. I'm a Tottenham fan but Mahrez is one of my favourite ever players, he's simply breath taking to watch at times.

I'd recommend seeing Chelsea v Tottenham (battle of the bridge) from that year, it's one of most violent games recently. And the game that decided Leicester won the title.

So the tournaments in England are won differently. Premier league is by most points over the entire season for only the top 20 English football teams, FA cup is a a knockout style tournament, community shield is a special trophy where the first place of both Premier league and FA cup go against each other and the final top level tournament is the EFL Cup (carabao cup) which is also a knockout style tournament only including the 92 proffessional teams in England
