@Sanjay Pandey have you played GTA 4? in most of these clips he is pressing a key added by the mod to make Niko ragdoll on command, also he has other mods installed, such as graphics and camera mod which supports my claim that this is modded gameplay when it comes to ragdoll physics. If Niko were this "floppy" in the real game you couldnt even complete half of the missions.

gta4 had some of the most realistic (maybe too much so) rag doll and sounds in the series. Every fall had a resounding and painful sounding Thud. Next level stuff for its day.
