Massive Wave Splashes in the Sunrise in Cascais Portugal

Massive waves came rolling into Cascais on the 7th of March. I was fortunate enough to capture a scene of the waves as the sun was coming up.
This was spectacular to see and shows how powerful the ocean can be! The splashes were probably between 20 and 30 meters high, so there are warnings for people not to go too close to the rocks.
Portugal is known to have some of the biggest waves in the world, especially in Nazaré, a hotspot for big wave surfers.
