I was at a local doll show/doll convention in the San Francisco Bay Area at the first launch of the silkstone. I had been collecting Barbie for at least 5yrs, the moment I saw the #1 brunet and blond silkstone lingerie, I forgot about all my other Barbie’s. At that moment focused on silkstones only. I knew something special was going to happen with this new line of dolls. I was right.
What an amazing memory your husband created for you. You are so lucky to have a man who knows exactly what makes you happy. So lucky to have a man to support and encourage your collection. A man who will spend money to grow your collection.
So sad your in England you would be the right person to curate my collection. Only another person who enjoys these dolls as much as I do should own this collection of mine. Im ready to let it go but not just to any person.
