As a UX designer and audio enthusiast, I really appreciate your thoughtful design review. When audio process are incredibly technical and very configurable, minimalism and visual feedback is very useful to make the parameters easier to comprehend and navigate. Soothe2 does this really well.
Absolutely love how you dive into all those stylistic details and break them down so thoroughly! I would discuss this UI for a minute and move on. When I look at this UI, I can’t help but think of Blue Sky and Minimalism. Although, let’s be honest, minimalism isn’t as trendy anymore with maximalism and neo-rococo making waves thanks to Gen AI. And thanks to you I am convinced that minimalism is still not dead. The review is great for those looking for deeper understanding of Bauhaus elements and how brands build their visual identities versus individual products. And to help me unwind, I just switch the playback speed back from 1.25x to 1.0x and enjoy the gentle reassurance that Soothe2 is an awesome piece of software. Great job!
