@@ThdProductions345 same, I didn't like it because the effort with the animations kinda deteriorated over the course of the game, and it felt like they were putting characters in to get people hyped instead of improving the story. also the blacker outlines on everything makes it harder to look at than the original game
@@feritye767batdr, objectively speaking, is 10x better than the original. The original, as much as I like it, is not a very good game. The sequel however, improved on many of the originals flaws and made it much better. Also, batdr looks WAY better than batim. The original game’s art style carried it a lot, but batdr just made it better by making it much easier to look at; the blue color grading made everything much easier on the eyes as in batim everything was so god damn bright. Idk what you have been smoking but give me some of that asap.
@@feritye767objectively, the story is 1000x better than the original, and it actually makes sense and isn’t unecessarily vague! But it’s just your opinion I guess. But batdr doesn’t have bad animation, that is just wrong. You can not like it, but to say it’s bad is just arrogant. Some of it looks janky at parts, but it’s not like horrible.
Thank you so much! We finally get undates about the flim and I was already hyped but you made us/me even more hyped about the Bendy movie since I am also a HUGE fan of the franchise.
I have the most faith in this film over every other upcoming video game movie. The recent developments are amazing to hear and reenforce my hopes for the movie. I think if it really is taken as seriously as TheMeatly says he will, it could easily prove that video game adaptations have the potential to be art in their own right, instead of just kids movies or low budget cashgrabs.
The Bendy series is my favorite horror series. It’s what got me into horror. I’m a little nervous about the movie, but this information brings me comfort.
HOLY SHIT! FINALLY!! But when I played Dark revival, I got too scared during chapter two and never touched it again...The ink demon is too scary for me...
I'm a Bendy fan since Dark Reveal release and i'm super excited to see the movie!!!! 🎥😁 Also, i think they'll release it soon cuz i know the script is still in production. Also, congrats to TheMeatly (Main developer) & Mike Mood (Co-developer)
Themeatly said that the movie is not going to stay to the games and we will probably meet new characters and make an easy adaptation to new comers so sadly I’m not sure if Henry will make a come back but if I were to cast a person I would chose antony starr
Hopefully they make the movie like the first few chapters or all five ( im praying they put sammy in the movie AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE SAMMY *cough * *cough * unlike… *cough * “Steve *cough * in the new Minecraft movie *cough *
I’m interested to see how the movie will tie to the games. Would it be I. The same u inverse as the games, or will it be in the books universe? Regardless, I’m excited to see where it’s gonna go. 😱😀👍
I've never really gotten into bendy and the ink machine so I don't know much, but i do hope it turns out better than what the Minecraft movie seems to be doing.
A little disappointed that the movie isn't gonna be animated. I hope at least it's gonna be in black and yellow like Bendy's always been. If it tries to drop the cartoony aesthetic it'll defeat the point of a bendy mpvie
Dark Revival is a great game, recommend giving it at least a try. Better than the first one for sure. Looking forward to see what they do with the movie :3
I read that Mike Mood might be porting both games over to PS5, if he does, I really, really hope he makes the first game similar to the second, revamp the art style, add some new things, change some of what already happened, make it feel bigger
@@thelethalcreator2077 Hey, small correction, because a lot of people don't know this: Mike no longer has the last name Mood since his divorce and has asked people to stop using that surname for him (which, understandable, that would pain me too). He's going by Mike or Mike D. now. But he's also confirmed recently on his TH-cam channel (ala the Community Posts feature) that while he hopes to go back to make "quality of life" improvements to BATIM, he has no plans to change anything else. If you want a changed version of BATIM, make a fangame and don't release it publicly (as we just had a huge kerfuffle over someone making a BATDR version of BATIM Chapter 1 and releasing it for free, got taken down). The official team isn't likely to make that.
I know that words are just words; but I am excited about Meatly trying to make a good horror movie on it's own merits. One of my biggest worries I had/have is that the movie would try to fit in all fan favorite characters in it and that It would ended up making it too cluthered. I feel like cutting some characters out; and have it mostly focused on Bendy and the protagonist, and a few others whilst keeping some characters with fairly minimal roles and have them expanded for a potential next movie Is the best way to make the movie imo. (From the comments I am not quite sure if you have or not, played the 2nd game so I'll give a spoiler warning for this next part) I think it would be cool if Bendy barelly spoke and just made like various growls like he does in the 1st game; but when the protagonist starts interacting with ink; they would hear the ink demon more akin to the 2nd game.
Honestly, I think you've hit the nail on the head. This is going to be a difficult cast to manage, and because we don't know where in the timeline this takes place or what the focus will be, we don't know which characters to reasonably expect. Like, the reality of the Bendy fandom is that EVERYONE is someone's favorite, and there is no pleasing everyone. But so long as the characters they do include are handled with thought and care, it could be good. Like, so long as Sammy Lawrence is not what he was in Dark Revival, showing up only to die with a wilhelm scream, I think fans will be okay, but let's be real, that might be a hard ask.
It's so funny because back when I was 10 my friend and I were talking about my dreams and I said I want for a bendy movie- I guess dreams really do come true 😂@@ThdProductions345
I don’t know if it’s announced yet.but if they don’t put Henry as the mc everybody gonna be mad .because Audrey was a kinda boring mc .and plus since it’s based on batim not batter then it’s Henry who needs to be the mc.i don’t know if they announced Henry as the protagonist yet.but they need to it’s what we BATIM fans want
bro please just adapt it from the game to a movie, how hard is that, or try to explain the prequel to what happening in the bendy timeline before the first BATIM game takes place
It's unclear! We know that Mike D. (co-creator, CEO, and programmer for the series) has a preference for the BATDR ink demon, saying it's something akin to their 'true fully released vision' (I'm paraphrasing here), so I expect it to be that ink demon. But I feel like that will be infinitely harder to execute.
This might be a hot take, but I like batim way more than batdr, I still like batdr but I just prefer the ink demon wandering around the studio and I like Henry a bit more than Audrey.
You know as a bendy fan there has been something I had about bendy some opinion that I had that I feel like people have ignored and it's the fact that bendy shouldn't really be a mascot horror game and what I mean by that is that it shouldn't really have the story of Joey Drew Studios and instead it should be of the ink world why do I say this well it's all because of the endpoint of the original game about how it almost became a war thanks to Sammy Lawrence and not to mention what he probably did with the evil Alice angel and I also mainly say this because of the projectionist because I feel like they've been ignoring him as a character and that he has the potential to be like the Goku of this franchise because of the underwear and the Tommy Gun but the point is is that bendy could be its own fantasy world like D&D or they're not exactly but still cool and it could be like stranger things I just hope this movie brings that
I feel like bendy and the ink machine shouldn't really be a mascot horror game but instead just of the ink world because of the ending of the original game along with dark Revival where they were they could have easily set up some big story of the ink world but they didn't really and I also feel like the projectionist could be a big monster because of how we battled bendy and that he could easily be as powerful and be like the dude at the end of Dark Revival you know

That's not good journalism. TheMeatly said he wants it to be a blend of practical effects with cgi polish, and that's different than it actually being all practical effects. To give you an exact quote: "I’m aiming for a combination of both practical effects and cgi polish to pull it all together. We are working with creative people who tend to feel the same. :) No promises yet. Doing our best." -theMeatly, September 7th, 2024 The movie isn't far enough into production for us to concretely know how it's being made and what the final verdicts will be on the decision making. All we're getting are theMeatly's wishes and preferences, which may not necessarily be met. We know nothing about the movie's budget, story, cast, etc to know what they can afford or what their bigger goals are. We're only hearing about very vague things. And a lot of what's been said coincides with the release of the Minecraft trailer, which, probably means nothing, but it's rather interesting that the devs are talking so much about the movie during that same time.

Dude Bendy and the Dark Revival was amazing though
it just didnt hit for me tbh
@@RedLaundryBasket I still don't like the story and the bad animation
@@feritye767objectively, the story is 1000x better than the original, and it actually makes sense and isn’t unecessarily vague! But it’s just your opinion I guess. But batdr doesn’t have bad animation, that is just wrong. You can not like it, but to say it’s bad is just arrogant. Some of it looks janky at parts, but it’s not like horrible.
Thank you so much! We finally get undates about the flim and I was already hyped but you made us/me even more hyped about the Bendy movie since I am also a HUGE fan of the franchise.
ILL DO MY BEST TO HAVE ALL THE NEWS AS SOON AS IT DROPS!!
Hopefully it’s super scary i feel like they could go a rlly dark storyline (no pun intended) for this and it would be awesome
Finally, me and my inky friends get our own movie! I’m very excited about all of this, and Boris is doubly excited!
Ink demon Don’t kill me pls
@@ThdProductions345 Oh, I won’t yet. I’ll keep you around, but you better keep me updated on my movie mortal
I hope they add Face Reality or build our machine at the end credits
The Bendy series is my favorite horror series. It’s what got me into horror. I’m a little nervous about the movie, but this information brings me comfort.
facts its awesome
I remember being a fan when it was a demo, when Bendy was armed and legless. I hope they try to appeal to all ages so adults can enjoy it.

from someone who’s maybe too obsessed with Bendy, this is fu- di- I- YA
YEESSSIRRRRR ITS GONNA BE AMAZING!!!!
We need some poor mans poison music in this specifically feed the machine because it just fits the vibes
I really want a beetlejuice style for this movie, as little cgi as possible, mostly practical effects. That would make it so much better.
I really hope it's gonna be good as someone who's always been a fan of batim
facts as someone who only recently played the games I hope its good!
At least it's not an April fools like the Bendy Netflix series. 🎉😁
🤣🤣🤣
Bro said “really really” every 2 seconds
I really, really hope it turns out as good as it sounds. I'm gonna freaking go to the theaters more than once to watch this.
I can’t wait
I'm a Bendy fan since Dark Reveal release and i'm super excited to see the movie!!!! 🎥😁 Also, i think they'll release it soon cuz i know the script is still in production. Also, congrats to TheMeatly (Main developer) & Mike Mood (Co-developer)
WWWW
I am hyped rn, but we already know it’ll come out in 2026😂
Could be later considering the script doesn’t seem to be finished and considering they’ll have to make the sets and effects could be longer
@@ThdProductions345 😳😭
Can’t wait to see live action Henry Stein
Me too!!
I'm so hyped for the movie!!!
Sameeeee
Dark revival was a huge improvement to ink machine
I’m interested to see how the movie will tie to the games. Would it be I. The same u inverse as the games, or will it be in the books universe?
Regardless, I’m excited to see where it’s gonna go. 😱😀👍
A bendy *what*?!
Movie…
I've never really gotten into bendy and the ink machine so I don't know much, but i do hope it turns out better than what the Minecraft movie seems to be doing.
Facts
I’m thinking the bendy movie will be just a 2 hour play through lol
Remember me as one of your first 50 subs, also if BATIM is a video game movie we legally need jack black in it /j
i appreciate u man!!
Im now imagining him saying
"I, am Henry Stein."
A little disappointed that the movie isn't gonna be animated. I hope at least it's gonna be in black and yellow like Bendy's always been. If it tries to drop the cartoony aesthetic it'll defeat the point of a bendy mpvie
I feel like once we get a trailer or a look of the designs it’ll be super interesting to see what style they go with
If they use practical effects similar to The Thing this will be my absolute favorite movie
@@MushyBoi24 WWWW
Dark Revival is a great game, recommend giving it at least a try. Better than the first one for sure. Looking forward to see what they do with the movie :3
I read that Mike Mood might be porting both games over to PS5, if he does, I really, really hope he makes the first game similar to the second, revamp the art style, add some new things, change some of what already happened, make it feel bigger
Might have to livestream it!!
@@thelethalcreator2077 That would be cool
@@ThdProductions345 Bendy fans have some much to look forward to. I wonder if you have play any of the other Bendy games, outside of BATIM? :3
(From the comments I am not quite sure if you have or not, played the 2nd game so I'll give a spoiler warning for this next part)
I think it would be cool if Bendy barelly spoke and just made like various growls like he does in the 1st game; but when the protagonist starts interacting with ink; they would hear the ink demon more akin to the 2nd game.
100% man will be awesome
MY GOD I AM SO EXCITED
sameeeeeeeeeee
It's so funny because back when I was 10 my friend and I were talking about my dreams and I said I want for a bendy movie- I guess dreams really do come true 😂@@ThdProductions345
At least one franchise is getting a good movie
They better have Toon Bendy from BATDR in the movie.
Could wait for a sequel for that possibly
Background instrument name?
I don’t know if it’s announced yet.but if they don’t put Henry as the mc everybody gonna be mad .because Audrey was a kinda boring mc .and plus since it’s based on batim not batter then it’s Henry who needs to be the mc.i don’t know if they announced Henry as the protagonist yet.but they need to it’s what we BATIM fans want
do we have a release date for the movie?
Very little news on the movie as a whole I reckon the script is still being developed
@@ThdProductions345 still hyped for it though
bro please just adapt it from the game to a movie, how hard is that, or try to explain the prequel to what happening in the bendy timeline before the first BATIM game takes place
Will they use the batdr ink demon or the og one
Thats the question
It's unclear! We know that Mike D. (co-creator, CEO, and programmer for the series) has a preference for the BATDR ink demon, saying it's something akin to their 'true fully released vision' (I'm paraphrasing here), so I expect it to be that ink demon. But I feel like that will be infinitely harder to execute.
This might be a hot take, but I like batim way more than batdr, I still like batdr but I just prefer the ink demon wandering around the studio and I like Henry a bit more than Audrey.
I hope the movie isn't made for kids and is made for the fans/older audiences i wanna see that R rating
I think its gonna be a hard PG-13
Probs pg-13 imo bro

Bendy Movie > Minecraft Movie
In my opinion it’s coming 2026 or 2028 no later than that
100% seems to me like the script is still in production
You know as a bendy fan there has been something I had about bendy some opinion that I had that I feel like people have ignored and it's the fact that bendy shouldn't really be a mascot horror game and what I mean by that is that it shouldn't really have the story of Joey Drew Studios and instead it should be of the ink world why do I say this well it's all because of the endpoint of the original game about how it almost became a war thanks to Sammy Lawrence and not to mention what he probably did with the evil Alice angel and I also mainly say this because of the projectionist because I feel like they've been ignoring him as a character and that he has the potential to be like the Goku of this franchise because of the underwear and the Tommy Gun but the point is is that bendy could be its own fantasy world like D&D or they're not exactly but still cool and it could be like stranger things I just hope this movie brings that
?
I feel like bendy and the ink machine shouldn't really be a mascot horror game but instead just of the ink world because of the ending of the original game along with dark Revival where they were they could have easily set up some big story of the ink world but they didn't really and I also feel like the projectionist could be a big monster because of how we battled bendy and that he could easily be as powerful and be like the dude at the end of Dark Revival you know
So it's a single tweet
That contains so much info regarding to the production of the film yes
Hey, where are your sources on this? You mention that theMeatly said these things, but you've one, shown screenshots that are other accounts reposting his tweets, two, did not link to those tweets or his actual tweets in the description so people can see that information for themselves, and three, you got the information wrong. That's not good journalism. TheMeatly said he wants it to be a blend of practical effects with cgi polish, and that's different than it actually being all practical effects. To give you an exact quote:
"I’m aiming for a combination of both practical effects and cgi polish to pull it all together. We are working with creative people who tend to feel the same. :) No promises yet. Doing our best." -theMeatly, September 7th, 2024
The movie isn't far enough into production for us to concretely know how it's being made and what the final verdicts will be on the decision making.
I feel like this is cap since you have no proof whatsoever, and their isn't any bendy fan or Anyone talking about this
