This costume along with other beach themed costumes for survivor feels so out of place. Imagine this is what you wear while an odd entity or a maniac chasing you just to put you on a rocket chair.
A lot of costumes in the game are like that, though. The Sanrio ones, the ones where they’re in their pajamas or in maid outfits,,, some costumes are just for fun! ^~^
