Hey bro. Yes medical is mandatory. And for submission - it’s depends. If u wanna save time, you can provide before hand otherwise they will get request for medical later on and then you have to submit it.

No. But husband k passport p jrur apka name add krwana jruri h
No you don’t need to add. But if u want to you can renew your passport to add name but it’s not required. As for your husband, he can renew right away to add your name. That’s what we did while applying our visa

@@djcanadianstruggler9514 She’s working as a Office Administrator (Teer 3, Noc Code No. 13100, she went to canada on visitor visa then converted to work permit
She went from india only , and I mentioned this on canadian notary paper too
As I know we need minimum Teer 2 to apply for spouse visa but currently the chanced the conditions that anyone can apply - doesn’t matter the teer system. But it depends when you guys applied.

I suggest to wait for at least 2-3 months as it was recommended by my consultant. Apart from it, it also depends upon when you get married and on which visa you are coming.

@tannudahiya1317 yes u can apply anytime. It always depends upon different scenarios to make your profile strong - when u get married , it’s arrange or Love marriage , how long he/she stays in india after marriage.
My husband got an offer as a research scientist for two years in Calagary and we planned to apply visa together as we got in January after that he went to germany and now when he will come back he will join in canada,What will be your suggestion for us to apply visa as he has to join there in November,Thanks

We showed for applicant - 8 lakh approx for funds and ITR of approx 2.5 to 3 lakh in India.
