You can do that by leaving the Groups tab empty, and then select the sum of the column in Manual Aggregation. I.e., you don't create groups, and then get the overall sum.

it's simpler to understand when the war is going to end than this video...
This is the least intuitive piece of software I have ever used. Documentation is also next to nonexistant.
