finally a triathlete being accurate with their weekly mileage. so many like to reference their biggest training day of the year then times it by 6 and say thats what they do every week. "yeah i normally do 4 sessions a day about 2-3 hours per session, 6 times a week" aye right

Agreed! Like that’s sustainable. No one is impressed by unrealistic training hours.
