    Since so many of you have been asking about the car lift in my garage, I figured I'd give a mini review and a demonstration of how it works! I cover how much it costs, how much space you need, how it works and much more!

    When you lowered one of the cars I saw a noticeable wavering of the posts! You may want to consider either having 4 1/4 inch steel plates maybe 20 x 20 inches (roughly!) To place UNDER the feet of each post, and have them welded in place~!~
    This would prevent any wavering from happening~!~ Cheers~!~

    I think I would like some bolts in the ground regardless of if necessary or not!
    It just looks a little vulnerable without them.
    If something was to ever crash into one of the legs, say another car, or quad bike or whatever?
    I would expect the entire thing to crumple to the ground in a big old mess!
    So yeah for me I would be drilling a few bolts into that concrete just to be safe.
    But great video review, thanks.

    You should have the cables adjusted, I could hear the locks activating at different times as it goes up. They should fire in unison and the cables stretch a little after initial setup and use. You can adjust yourself or have your installer drop in to handle it. Good luck.

    Love the channel and content from Australia 🤙 wanted to ask you even with how low the Performante sits and with the suspension lift system...how much of an issue would you say that is for you to daily? In Australia there are many garages or driveways including mine are quite steep - would you say when the Lambo is lifted it can clear most driveways and if you could show with approx. angles that the Performante can possibly clear. I hope you are able to help me with this as the Performante is on the list but I am intimidated with how low it is. Thank you for your help in advance and hopefully to hear from your expertise and advise!!!

      The front lift should allow you to clear most normal driveways and bumps, but it must be said that it isn't exactly fast when it comes to actually raising up. Can you daily the car, for sure. Would it be a good daily, not really. I think an Audi R8, if the intention is to daily drive the car, would be a much better choice.

      I'm not overly put off by mileage to be honest. I guess it would really depend on the specific car though, and any issues that may be known/associated with the car doing X amount of miles. The big thing would be to do your own research in that situation, so you have an idea of what to expect.

    • @carproblems8547
      @carproblems8547  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I'm sure it's possible. If it can lift up to 8000lbs, I'm sure there would be enough pressure to damage the car if you pressed up against the ceiling. It comes close, but that's why I have markers so I know where to stop, with plenty of room to spare. It also moves quite slowly, so unless you weren't paying attention at all, which I'm not sure why you would ever do that, it's a non issue.
