Wow what a great interpretation. It captures beautifully the insistence and slight dissonance of the vocal line coupled with the most soothing, mesmerising, transcendental chord changes.

uh actually, the present tense should be really interesting, though i don't really know how well it would translate to a piano
Some of the new pieces don't translate as well to the piano as I had hoped. I'm going to have a look at all of them though and see if any can work. Currently working on Decks Dark from AMSP. Present Tense will probably be next.

The first time I heard this song was at the Greek Theater Los Angeles in 2000. Never heard of before obviously, the whole song makes sense when the bass and drums come in the midsection and fill the gap

This is breaking my classical piano brain, really wished I learned jazz/blues first before trying to break the habit of non-syncopated rhythm 😆
I think one note in the verse vocal melody is sharp. or it just sounds different when played on the piano. I might be wrong :-)
Yeah, it's a contentious note. The note is correct - it just sounds different on the piano.

I really love what you‘re doing with the (already magnificent) songs so I just had to - even if I don‘t have access to a piano atm. Hi Josh! your covers are pretty good, very close to the original and, to me, you keep the vibe close to what Radiohead intented. Could you tell me what is the time signature of this song?
Hi Yannick, glad you're enjoying the clips. As far as the time signature is concerned, it can be felt and written in various ways. In all honesty, I don't really think of this piece in a certain time signature. Once you've played it enough, you just feel it. One of the charts I found wrote it in 4/4, but I don't think that's accurate. As it's odd time (that adds up to four bars of 4/4), it can be felt as a combination of 3/8 and 2/8 (or 4/8) bars, but this is getting super academic and really feels a little futile to think of it this way. I'd aim to just feel the rhythm by ear and not count it if you can. I hope this helps!

The sound you may be hearing is the issue with my soft pedal. I'm getting it fixed it shortly. It occurs when re-pedalling. Is this what you mean?

My ears wanna to to tune down all G# notes in melody here 2:10... No ideas why... Is it tuning?
Im tryid to play this melody on my midi with G instead of G# (piano has 'equal' tuning), and there is no mistake, G# is right key...
Why everyone struggles with this is because the note is neither a G or G#, it’s around half way in between..

At 2:15 I believe it should be a G natural instead of G#. great covers though!
It's a really strange note that one. If you listen closely on the record, the strings actually slide up to the G#, even though the G sounds more "correct" on the piano. I was unsure which note to play, so stuck with the original. What do you think?
G# is right. Thom sings G# during the intro as well...
I reacted on that note as well. It sounds a litlle false somehow, but I'm far from an expert here.
I had another look at this note recently and I now think it may be a quarter tone sharper than G.
