Great effort so far. Looking forward to seeing the end product. It is going to be more than worth it. I've got a soft spot for the ER5 and I expect I'm going to be Well Jel (as I'm sure the kids of today don't say anymore). Keep up the good work!
I like the gold chain, it'll work really well with the black. Glad to see the bike coming together now, just in time for the alleged sunshine we're due in good old Blighty lol.
Hi Miller corner. Nice job you are doing with the motorbike. Nothing like a bit of home fettling!! Just an idea for ease of removing of bolts would be worth applying some waxoyl to them or copperslip. Should be easier to take out. Keep up the good work!!
Finally catching up on my backlog! I do love the simplicity of working on bikes.....I'm not a huge MOTORBIKE fan though, but I do have a thing for scooters...wouldn't mind a 150cc scooter to putt around on here...would make a great daily for shorter trips here and they can top out 90kph, which is plenty for the fact most roads here are 80kph other than the highway :)

Looking forward to seeing the bike back together and ready for the road
Wow.....what a transformation 👌

Cheers Paul, chose that specific chain for that reason 😎

Thanks Dave 😁 any important bolts are getting copper greased before being refitted 👍🏻

Lovely Jubbly, some more gold accents might of been a thought or not, it's your bike.
Any Landie owner good bet for 27mm socket: wheel nuts!
I would put, those sticky out led indicators on the front forks. No matter what my ego was telling me.
Funny you should say that...
Daddy Power Rules. 👍👍👍
Can I, give you a mustie1 TH-cam channel tip of the day. Run a wire wheel around old bolts, to refresh the thread. ;-)
Thank you...change the title to have the name er5 kawasaki to have more ,,like",much easy to find your video...
