I just started PPIs and domperidone for GERD. I hope it can end. I can relate to your identity crisis; i have been against mainstream healthcare since childhood and now i witness myself trapped in it like everyone else... Magnesium and B12 deficiencies (from PPIs) or no sleep at night?

Thank you for sharing. It feels strange to have to use medicines huh? And yes, it is valid that you do. I was on domperidone and PPIs with ranitidine altogether after many years of saying no. My stomach was so inflamed I could barely stand up right and I had pre cancerous esophagus. All from the EDS. I tried many natural remedies for it and swore off the drugs for a loooong time. If you tell natural health people that you needed it, they will just tell you that you didn’t try the right herb or regimen. They always seem to have a cure with loads of judgement attached. Just stay true to what you believe is the righ option. And part of taking medication sometimes IS listening to your body. I hope these meds help you. ❤️
