  • Then they took us to another part of town called Haske, we had to drive through Rayfield Resort road and somewhere behind Lamingo dam to get to the place. It's in what they called Federal Housing.

    Another lovely video.
    One thing I have noticed with houses in Nigeria is the lack of proper damp proofing.
    I have seen this problem time and time.
    After a few months or years, you start to see damp issues.

      You are absolutely right. It's a big problem and it's something I look out for when property scouting.
