Yeah im at the same even though i workout i still cant eat that much and not gain weight
She said a while back that she does a lot of high-intensity dancing as a workout, plus her meals are well-rounded and contain a lot more nutrients and vegetables(compared to the U.S., anyway). Either way, I live her!!

@@shayaana.a6983 as an Indian, we use sugar in our food a lot as well though. Maybe it's just the area you live in? Adding sugar enhances and balances out the flavor.
I'm from india and we add sugar to spicy food and salt to sweet dishes , just a bit. I don't know which part you live in

Anyeong unnie I'm sharing you a recipe called adobo here are the ingredients and how you to cook it:
Hope you'll notice this😭
Porkchop or chicken (any of these two is ok)
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Onions (minced)
Garlic (minced)
Ginger(minced)
Water
Anato seeds dissolved in hot water (this will used as a coloring if you don't have anato powder a soy sauce will do
Vinegar
A pinch of sugar
First you need to stir fry the ginger, garlic, onions the put the (pork or chicken)
Put atleast 2-3 cups of water (the amount of water is just enough to boil and cook pork/chicken/meat
After it boils you can put the dissolved anato seeds or powder or soy sauce and also the salt, pepper, vinegar
When its nearly cook put a pinch of sugar on it
For a finishing touch you can put some laurel leaves or basil.

Happy you get stainless steel lunch box since you don't need to reheat your food during lunch. Stainless steel is durable plus food grade. mostly odour-free and easier to wash since mine yes because is made of stainless steel too
