Guangzhou Airport has railway station with name "Guangzhou baiyun railway station" you can directly take bullet train to wuhan from there. No need to go any place in Guangzhou. Better book your ticket in advance

First Line#3 and then change to line#2 on Jiahewanggang and get off the train at Sanyuan Li of line#2 then take bus or taxi

Google map doesn't work well. You can use English version on iPhone or download baidu map but it will be in Chinese
