What was the point of that mags of holding in the beginning of the video? Like the spear is one of the few weapons that doesn't benefit from mags.....

How do you get this spear? first time I'm seeing it.

Check the Battle Pass tab in the game and you will see this spear there.
You will need to click on it and you will see what you need to do to get it.
Here is a list of what you need to do:
1)Get 10 Operator or Special Zombie Melee Kills
2)Get three Operator or Special Zombie Kills with Throwing Knives
3)Get three Operator Melee Backstab Kills or Special Zombie Kills
4)Get three Operator or Special Zombie Kills with the butt of a gun
5)Get five Operator or Special Zombie Crouched Melee Kills
