Do we need to apply some varnish on this? Wont it fade or become yellow? Or will come out with a sanitizer spray

Yes, alcohol ink will fade and can get removed or damaged by sanitizer spray / rubbing alcohol. To prevent this and protect the arts, Varnish is must, preferably having UV resistance.
We have used glossy finish varnish in all our alcohol ink clocks and artworks, as it gives superior glossy looks and also protects art.
