- As Moses stood on Mt. Sinai receiving a revelation from God, the people in the valley engaged in revelry and pagan worship. In the aftermath of their sin, we peek into Moses' prayer life: his intercession for the people and his hunger for the Lord.

Love your teaching Pr Skip, started listening to you from Genesis and I'm so grateful. This is the first time I have to question something... I don't understand how the book that Moses is referring to, can be a census that he will be taking when the text refers to God's book that God has already written?
Exodus 32:32 ESV
