Thank you. To have your list of questions appear in pages, you need to add a column called appearance then use field-list by typing the word "field-list" for each question. If your questions are grouped, then you can add field-list per group instead of each question.

How can I use this tool so that external users fill in the data using a URL, but it is always stored in Google Drive? For example a list of interested in a product or service
In case of customer inquiries, it is easier to use the Google Survey Form to collect data. With ODK, one must install and configure it to the google sheet server, which may be a difficult task to customers. With Google Survey, you just share the URL link in your platforms, so its easier. But in case you must use ODK, you can share the links to the XML and the Google Sheet results form to people by mailing them. Thereafter, they will get the forms by downloading the forms in their ODK COllect apps, fill them and send them using the emails where you sent them. Then it become impossible to share the same with other users, therefore, the reason to adopt Google Form.... If that's the case support we create one google email and use it to access the drive, couldn't that work supposedly the link was shared by any interested parties?

Hi Joseph. Thanks for feedback and reaching out to us. One of the possible cause is: there is a capital letter in your form, for example, if a column is named Name, it's wrong. It should be name (all letters small). That applies to all other columns. Another possible cause is: You have an empty worksheet with no column headers. Remove any additional worksheet without headers and questions/ choices if any. The last possible cause is using a capital letter in naming your worksheets, for example, you name your worksheet Survey instead of survey. The letter s needs to be small plus the subsequent letters. In a nutshell, ODK is case sensitive. In case you need additional assistance, please reach me on collinsaudi2016@gmail.com
