I had it. Highly overrated culinary experience IMHO. I rather get a sushi omakase experience than to nibble on the same heavy flavor profile of Kobe/Wagyu steaks. I’m a steak lover, and I prefer the good-old grass-fed-raised beef in the US for it’s meaty flavor and texture for a small fraction of a cost of Kobe/Wagyu beef. I can get an amazing bone-in ribeye for about $20/lb at just about any decent shop.
