Where you can certain specialisations e.g. kekkei genkais like wood style after you get enough experience and you learn an extra chakra nature. Maybe only having access to shrunken and kunai knives early on. I’d definitely like a sage jutsu combined with Tsunade’s mitotic regeneration. Making a character nearly unkillable.

I just found my new attacker toxic combo, Ninjutsu 1 is Resengan, Ninjutsu 2 is Universal Pull, Weapon is Crimson Ninja Knuckle Knives, and the Ninja Tool is Paralysis Seal Kuni

You set chakra control as a move and have it use chakra over time so you can't use it forever and then you just code the game to stick the player to planes when it's active. The hardest part would be animations as you'd need to animate the player character transition from the floor plane to a wall pane, it'd take some time to get this to look correct, of course you could search for videos of people wall running and use them as guides to help with that but it'd still be time consuming.
Akyet has Uzumaki and Hyuga gameplay on his channel. Uzumaki get sealing jutsus of questionable usefulness, but they look cool so there's that. Hyuga get the Byakugan which let's you see through walls and marks enemies and all of the Hyuga Taijutsu. Sand village has puppets now but there's only one puppet AFAIK.
