It sounds like you’ve had a very good reading month. So many wonderful books. I loved The Dutch House too. I’m a big Ann Patchett fan. I do like The Thursday Murder Club series. I’ve just bought his newest book, which is about a new pair of detectives. Nickel Boys was devastating. I loved Remarkably Bright Creatures. I didn’t think I would; I thought the concept was a bit of a stretch, and then I ended up loving it. I very much want to read Colored Television. That one is definitely on my radar. I recently realized that Danzy Senna is married to Percival Everett! I’ll be interested to hear your thoughts on James. Such a powerful book. I’m just getting ready to start the Cork O’Connor series. I really do love Wm Kent Krueger. Terrific month! 😊

She recommended reading #18, Lightning Strike out of order and maybe even first because it covers Cork O'Connor's early life. Interesting idea...
