You do what’s best for the boys. Formula will be fine and they will be healthy. Remember to not feel bad about your decision. Twins are hard! You are amazing momma and you are doing an amazing job!
You are doing great Jen and like how you are open and honest. No need to explain your absent just take care of yourself and the boys. That’s the most important thing!
Its great to see you back, xxxxx but its understandable you needed a week off, you got twins boys who needs so much attention....... you need time for yourself too xxxxxx your doing a fantastic job and such a great mum xxxxxxxxx love you all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Welcome back! ❤️You are doing awesome as a mom and never feel bad for doing what’s best yourself and for your boys. I’m also a SAHM and moms need a break sometimes! It’s tough! Once I stopped breastfeeding, we used enfamil and it worked out just fine. For gassy tummies we used gas drops, which worked well. Also lactose intolerance might be something to check out too. But anyway - hang in there!! The wonder weeks are never fun but they do make way for amazing changes! 😊
Definitely don’t be afraid to ask someone for help so you can sleep! Fed is best don’t be hard on your self about formula as long as they are gaining weight and healthy your doing your job. They make formula for reasons like this to help you! Your a great momma! Also you might need to try out different brands of formula maybe a gentle formula to help their belly.
You are amazing! Don't be so hard on yourself. Nursing 2 for 7 weeks is a big accomplishment. Some women have trouble keeping a supply for one nevermind two. As long as their bellies are full, that's all that matters.
You are an amazing mom!!! Nursing your babies does not make you super mom, doing what's Best for you and the boys makes you Super Mom 😁 when my second daughter was 7 weeks old she wanted to nurse constantly I held her all the time went to the doctor crying saying I can't keep nursing her every hour . the doctor told me at 7 weeks old she learned that nursing was soothing ,so to feed her ,then give her a pacifier for in between. It was life changing!! all she wanted to do was suck on her pacifier and not me. At 18 months old she stopped using the pacifier on her own... Check with you doctor of course..but it was the best thing for her. You are doing Great 🥰🥰🥰
I had to stop bf for my baby girl when she was really young, it was what’s best for my anxiety! Now she’s 7 months old and we’re doing great! Do what you need to do 💜
My cousin had twins, she would alternate feedings for her twins because she wasn't producing enough. Every other feed one baby would get both boobs and the other would get formula, and then switch at the next feeding, etc. She absolutely loved it, she said it was the best of all worlds
Jen, reach out to Rachel on Brad and Rach TH-cam. She went through a lot of challenges with breastfeeding her twins. If nothing else, she will be someone who can truly relate. You are doing great!
Mom guilt sucks, it’s impossible to avoid and sleep deprivation is seriously bad for mood. Pumping isn’t always equivalent to what a baby gets from nursing, might be worth seeing a lactation consultant, if you haven’t. And I’m sure lots of people have told you but drink so so much water. It’s so hard to nail down factors of why a baby is fussy, yours are definitely at that age most babies wake up from the sedate state they have as fresh newborns and realize they aren’t in a warm cocoon anymore. Parenting is a lesson in flexibility, seems like you are flexing into it to find your balance.

You are doing great. Some days will be better than others but you’ve got this don’t be hard on yourself . Love Mam

You are putting your boys first and that is what is most important. I hope you give yourself a lot of grace.

Keep up the great job, supplementing formula is normal for some. Please do not feel bad. Your diet was healthy and it just happens. 🥰
