What are the differences in moving rear hub up and down?

hub up more traction, more roll, little less rotation and better on bumps and landing

Do you have any suggestions regarding swaybars on bumpy tracks? Does it make any difference in your setup?

Thomas Rinner no I dont much, I try to go the softest I can if the track is super bumpy, but not taking care too much
