Fried bread is a thing in native american communities, my girl is native and I've had a bit of it. Pretty nice when paired with other stuff or if you put taco ingredients on it and make it an indian taco but it's not literally just a slice of bread fried. Something about that is so incredibly English to me

Don't knock it until you try it. If people don't like how this food looks then you should probably hate what frat boys eat. It's basically the same kind of low budget food that looks awful but actually tastes solid. I wouldn't pay for any of it, but when I'm with buddies and we're hungry? I'll take it with a smile.
