Horrid Henry isn't a great kid, but no one really is around his age. I feel like there should be an alternate universe where he's adopted by someone who can be a proper parent who'll punish him when appropriate but also offer him the understanding and attention he needs. And most importantly doesn't crush his dreams or take away toys or items he cherishes the most. Also, while writing this, I just remembered an episode where they sold all his toys or something. That was incredibly cruel.

I remember one really bizarre episode of horrid Henry that left me extremely confused. When Henry's family were throwing a surprise birthday party for great aunt greta, for some unknown reason they didn't tell Henry about it. They let him get really excited about it too
They also did the same sort of thing when they took Peter to a happy hippos theme park for a reward for lots of gold stars at school and left henry who thought they were all going to another theme park. You could see poor Henry's face break as he was told he was being left with a babysitter. Sure he was such happier at home as his babysitter didn't give a shit but still how cheated henry must of felt
Wow. Just wow. Even when Perfect Peter straight-up admits that he did indeed spray Henry with the hose, the dad STILL gaslights Henry and says that he should've moved out the way. Like, holy crap, what a complete scumbag.
I’ve got a story, in the future adult Henry becomes a really famous rockstar or a successful businessman and peter is a depressed druggy who is sad because he couldn’t live up to his parents expectations and Henry and peters parents are disgusted on how peter turned out so they go to visit Henry backstage in one of his performances and start acting as if they were loving parents and they take credit for his success so Henry laughs and says go to your golden boy he needs you and I don’t and then as his parents walk away they say how disappointed they are of Peter and Henry says “don’t be horrid parents” then he chuckles to himself before walking back on stage and giving the best performance 😂
I actually love that story lol, I don’t think Peter would be a depressed druggy necessarily, maybe more like a depressed druggy with well, not a perfect job and struggles with money and such, but either way, nice story!

@@Otakuflame15 I always imagined he would’ve been that kid that was the teachers pet, the one that pisses everyone off and the oje the class wants rid of. 😅
I think it makes sense that Horrid Henry isn’t necessarily naughty but he’s just acting like how a normal kid would act in reality no matter how mischievous he is he’s just being a normal little boy.
For a British kids series that started in 2006, Horrid Henry really does tackle surprisingly "progressive" topics. As you said with William expressing his emotions but also in general following young boy leads that aren't afraid to express their emotions either, hell it's also in the name of Anxious Andrew. And while Henry does mock him for it, Peter is noticeably more "feminine" than you'd expect a young boy portrayed to be "Perfect" to be. And finally of course, there's the complex reactions to abuse and potentially trauma that we see in both Henry and Peter. Henry acting out because he's the more neglected child and possibly seeking attention, even if that attention is negative meanwhile Peter possibly developed some form of perfectionism as a result of seeing how Henry is treated and is likely displaying the Fawn response to trauma and perceived threats where you try to please the individual to minimise danger or distress. Maybe I'm reading into it too much but I feel like nowadays you'd have people complaining it's been poisoned by some "woke agenda" and that the whole thing with Great Aunt Greta thinking Henry's a girl is pushing "transgenderism" on children. That reminds me, subtly implying she has dementia also tackles a serious topic in a light-hearted way, something some children's cartoons like Arthur and I think Sesame Street too are well known for doing tactfully. I could ramble all day about this kind of stuff lol
Theres also this one episode which mum told Simon to go to bed including with peter and henry even though it felt like it was 6 pm i litrally feel bad for the three of them
It’s important to discipline a child, but never in a way that makes the child feel unwanted, or that they have to earn your love, or that you’d that you’d be better off without them. Or by not feeding them.
I think weepy willow is overly sensitive because he feels helpless all the time. He has fear of the unknown and is therefore afraid of new experiences. He must've been avictim of narcissism as well. Some people aren't good at managing their emotions. And i feel like i can relate to him because i feel the same way. I am afraid to explore new things and i burst out easily whenever i try to express deep feelings because i feel so helpless. I feel like i can't change the situation I am in.
Well.. If a eight year old child say it's a DEMON dinner lady eating treats in a cafeteria, it sounds like they are saying there's a literal demon wandering around a cafe so from her view, the child is imagning or making it up because she weren't there to understand what he literally meant.
Honestly, I wonder who's worse, Horrid Henry or Dennis the Menace (the British one who's actually a terror to his parents and neighbours, not the well-meaning but innocently ignorant American one) - imagine the two of them trying to outdo each other with who can cause the most chaos.
3:43 erm pretty sure tea refers to afternoon tea (a cup of tea and a snack) and not dinner , so probably he will have dinner but not his afternoon tea, haven't watched the episode so i may be wrong but seems like Henry just back from school which would line up better with afternoon tea rather than dinner, also not defending the parents just wanted point that thing out. Edit: also the mom says "you can have tea in the morning " she never mentioned anything about food or dinner
Of course. I understand if you’re stressed. BUT AS A PARENT YOU SRE SUPPOSED TO CONTAIN YOURSELF WITH YOUR CHILD. YOUR CHILD IS NOT YOUR STRESS TOY. YOUR CHILD IS NOT AN EMOTIONAL RELEASE FOR YOU TO PUT YOUR ANGER ONTO. A CHILD HAS A BRAIN. AND IF YOU TREAT THEM LIKE SOME SORT OF TOOL, THAT BRAIN WILL SLOWLY BREAK.
Henry is allowed to call the police here in the Demon dinner lady, because Henry’s mom or dad paid for that food with their own money, and they cannot take it without being gifted it
These vids are so good and its clear you put great effort into making them ive watched all the horrid henry vids and enjoyed them all equally as much 💯
Most of Henry’s behavior is caused by how he’s treated, the rest is because he’s 8 Also is parents are risking him doing something permanent to himself when he’s older not that they’d care but Peter definitely would
I think Henry would become like his dad when he grows up cuz I remember an episode where we meet Simon brother who has similar hair to Peter which might be a direct reference to how Peter and Henry might be cuz they do not get along
hears a great idea for a horrid Henry movie a movie where all the characters are grown ups and Henry is doing great with out he’s parents and he’s parents now have to watch both of their kids thriving with out them while they suffer.
To be honest this episode reveals much about absentee parents. Moody Margaret and Rude Ralph have very rich families and have more authority yet where were their parents when that bloated Beluga Whale stuffed her gullet down with their food?
One thing I find interesting is all the characters with negative monikers. They all have dark hair. While "Perfect Peter" has blonde hair. The mother is blonde as well. Could the mother be living in an alternate universe where Aryan looking children are "perfect" in her eyes?
Horrid Henry needs the South Park treatment or Spongebob (Just not as bad) we need a bunch of made for streaming movies since we already got one. But that Brainy Brian and Beefy Bert Pinky and the Brain esque adventure would go hard.
I imagine Henry to be a sort of Simon Pegg type character in the future. That or he gets the money to express his talents as a cellist/rock star. Peter is a golden child who needs to learn more about the real world. I see him having less friends in the future because he rats out his friends or is a teacher's pet. And that's just the beginning. I could go on and on about the toxicity of the (adjective/name) household.
the first one is straight up biasness i'll be real before covid came, i was like hendry and my sister was like peter and most of the time we fought and my parents never acted that way even tho we live in a society where "all girls should be discipline"
I've got a hot take on my own..... How did Mr Soggington change from being an average gym teacher, into a raging bull who's only target is at Henry? (Happens somewhere between the show's 3rd and 4th seasons I think) After you dived into Weepy William's case, a roast of some sort should be an order for the mad man.
Henry: “But, Mum, there’s a demon dinner lady at school and she’s taking all our treats!”. The mother: **in an oh so caring and innocent way** : “Oh that’s nice! 😁 . Night, night. 😇 .”. SnipeSnap: “She couldn’t care less, could she?”. Yup, I think she *couldn’t care less* . I think. Wait, are Henry’s parents real names “Fuming Francesca” and “Silly Simon”? I just want to know.
I always thought it was weird that all the boys in Henry’s school apart from Henry and Peter, sound like grown men! 😅😂🤣 m I the only one who thinks that? They don’t sound like children, at least Henry and Peter’s voice actors try to sound like eight to six year olds! 😅
While me who simply liked henry i never hated him when i was akid i kinda feel him because i go through that too but i wasn't a choitic and yeah i was mean to my younger siblings but I was mostly my bullies and evil teachers "punching bag" they all victimized me for having a nice hair and nice things and my mom just said i deserved this😢

I'd like to see a Weepy William video. Sounds interesting.
As a Henry myself, this was funny to listen to 😅
I’ve got a story, in the future adult Henry becomes a really famous rockstar or a successful businessman and peter is a depressed druggy who is sad because he couldn’t live up to his parents expectations and Henry and peters parents are disgusted on how peter turned out so they go to visit Henry backstage in one of his performances and start acting as if they were loving parents and they take credit for his success so Henry laughs and says go to your golden boy he needs you and I don’t and then as his parents walk away they say how disappointed they are of Peter and Henry says “don’t be horrid parents” then he chuckles to himself before walking back on stage and giving the best performance 😂
I actually love that story lol, I don’t think Peter would be a depressed druggy necessarily, maybe more like a depressed druggy with well, not a perfect job and struggles with money and such, but either way, nice story!
@@Tawny_OwLL I’m glad you liked it but I’m not gonna lie looking back on it it seems like I have serious beef with Peter 😂
@@Otakuflame15 Honestly I think I was the same too, now I just don’t really care for him that much. 😂
@@Tawny_OwLL yeah I like how the show makes us want to feel sorry for him but I just can’t feel sorry for him he tries to hard just to make his mum not get mad and hr cries over the littlest things and he’s definitely that one kid in school who would tell the teacher over anything and everything, such a little rat 😂
THANK YOU SNIPESNAP FOR DOING MY REQUEST ❤️
Hope you enjoyed it!
I could ramble all day about this kind of stuff lol
henry’s mum and dad are a classic example of narcissistic parents. explains a lot of his behaviours too
okay the voice for williams crying is so funny
it's like a man trying to sound like a woman in destress
i can see why it's funny lol
Honestly, if the parents were a lot nicer and better, they would name him happy henry or something more positive
Kids can still be imperfect and be ab*sed. It reminds me of the "perfect victim" mentality that survivors of all kinds are subjected to.
"Can I have my questionnaire back?"
"NO GO TO YOUR ROOM!"
"Not bad parents."
No shit.
I was banned from watching the show because I was copying Henry and now I regret it
Honestly, I wonder who's worse, Horrid Henry or Dennis the Menace (the British one who's actually a terror to his parents and neighbours, not the well-meaning but innocently ignorant American one) - imagine the two of them trying to outdo each other with who can cause the most chaos.
3:59 WILLIAM IS AN EMO KID
Henry is allowed to call the police here in the Demon dinner lady, because Henry’s mom or dad paid for that food with their own money, and they cannot take it without being gifted it
These vids are so good and its clear you put great effort into making them ive watched all the horrid henry vids and enjoyed them all equally as much 💯
Thanks a ton! 👊🏻
7:07 I get it there names are a reference to Francesca Simon
“You can have tea in the morning!” Shows how ignorant she can be! She clearly doesn’t care! 3:45
His parents are abusive and naracissist Henry is not bad
Makes me grateful my parents weren't too restrictive nor careless.
Most of Henry’s behavior is caused by how he’s treated, the rest is because he’s 8
Also is parents are risking him doing something permanent to himself when he’s older not that they’d care but Peter definitely would
In the demon dinner lady episode after 2 days I would just put laxatives in my sweets/cakes
There was only one adult who liked Henry and that was his teachers mum.
6:09 I actually do believe that’s why poor William is always so sad
Shame on Margret shame on her she is my least favorite character in the series
Horris Henry is "horrid" becaise he's mistreated and ignored, kids lash out in behavoirs for attention.
So I wasn't the only one who thought henry had bad parents. Sure some times he acts in a horrid way but at least he still has ambitions and is trying.
I think Henry would become like his dad when he grows up cuz I remember an episode where we meet Simon brother who has similar hair to Peter which might be a direct reference to how Peter and Henry might be cuz they do not get along
4:07 HEY! THAT'S MY MAIN CHANNEL'S COMMENT!!!!!
6:47 I never knew people think his father is the hot one💀
The last part was great! Keep up this content, It's brilliant 👏
Thank you 🙌
Please can you dig into the profile of Moody Margerate and Rude Ralph. I would love to hear your thoughts about their personalities please.
Thank you.
hears a great idea for a horrid Henry movie a movie where all the characters are grown ups and Henry is doing great with out he’s parents and he’s parents now have to watch both of their kids thriving with out them while they suffer.
To be honest this episode reveals much about absentee parents. Moody Margaret and Rude Ralph have very rich families and have more authority yet where were their parents when that bloated Beluga Whale stuffed her gullet down with their food?
Bro i saw your perfect peter psychopath video 3 months ago, your video equipment has improved a lot!
Wow, thanks!
Major depressive disorder for weeping William or whatever his name is
If Henry was in the Coraline universe he would have had every right to go with the other mother, and it would have been all his parents fault.
One thing I find interesting is all the characters with negative monikers. They all have dark hair. While "Perfect Peter" has blonde hair. The mother is blonde as well. Could the mother be living in an alternate universe where Aryan looking children are "perfect" in her eyes?
Sour Susan has blonde hair.
@bridgetgrant2776 Exactly. She thinks the "Perfect" people are like her.
Yes i want videos on william. Can you make video on him ?
Horrid Henry needs the South Park treatment or Spongebob (Just not as bad) we need a bunch of made for streaming movies since we already got one. But that Brainy Brian and Beefy Bert Pinky and the Brain esque adventure would go hard.
Can you please do a video about weepy William please i would like to find out why william is always crying
3:45 “You can have tea in the morning!” Woman, are you saying you want your son to starve to death? I can’t believe I was on their side watching this.
Horrid Henry (the show) made me scared of injections
Yeah I'd like a Weepy William video
Margaret first! William's one I'm working on too 🫡
All of this is very interesting. Horrid Henry's parents are abusive parents full stop...
I think silly Simon should divorce Henry’s mum
who hate Henry’s Mum? 👇
who hates like beggars
Me
I hate Henry's Mum!
Me
Hate hate hate, double hate… LOATHE ENTIRELY!
you kind of remind me of Stephen Mulhern and i don't know why.
1:33 correct me if i'm wrong but isn't that illegal? stealing a kid's food?
It's grounds for getting fired
I can Imagine Henry leading a massive drug cartel
Fr
I imagine Henry to be a sort of Simon Pegg type character in the future. That or he gets the money to express his talents as a cellist/rock star.
Peter is a golden child who needs to learn more about the real world. I see him having less friends in the future because he rats out his friends or is a teacher's pet.
And that's just the beginning. I could go on and on about the toxicity of the (adjective/name) household.
Henry : Ralph we need to Cook
the first one is straight up biasness
i'll be real before covid came, i was like hendry and my sister was like peter and most of the time we fought and my parents never acted that way even tho we live in a society where "all girls should be discipline"
Oh that’s nice 💀 good night damn he didn’t even listen to him
I need William’s lore 🙏🙏
I've got a hot take on my own.....
How did Mr Soggington change from being an average gym teacher, into a raging bull who's only target is at Henry? (Happens somewhere between the show's 3rd and 4th seasons I think) After you dived into Weepy William's case, a roast of some sort should be an order for the mad man.
William is my favorite character in horrid Henry
2:55 DON'T BE HORRID, HENRY!!!!!!!
4:47 (LAUGHS)!!!!!!! DON'T BE SILLY, WILLIAM!!!!!!! IT'S ONLY AN INJECTION!!!!!!!
7:57 …AND…!!!!!!!?
8:00 …AND, HENRY!!!!!!!?
9:42 HENRY!!!!!!!
9:46 DON'T TELL LIES, HENRY!!!!!!!
Henry’s Parents are bad neglectful people
Can't disagree with the last one tho, they're fine asf esp uncle francis
😂
Don't ever ask anything on reddit bruh.
Henry is misunderstood.
5:37 Hell the TV show is pretty tame In comparison to the original books as one of the books Actually heavily implied Ralph has a habit of swearing
Which book?
@@Andythesonicfan Horrid Henry's Birthday party
Henry: “But, Mum, there’s a demon dinner lady at school and she’s taking all our treats!”.
The mother: **in an oh so caring and innocent way** : “Oh that’s nice! 😁 . Night, night. 😇 .”.
SnipeSnap: “She couldn’t care less, could she?”.
Yup, I think she *couldn’t care less* . I think.
Wait, are Henry’s parents real names “Fuming Francesca” and “Silly Simon”? I just want to know.
@Starberri_15 Okay…?
@@The-creator-of-good-videos-15the dad is called silly Simon in one of the episodes
I Would Like A Weepy William Video
My question is why didn't the other kid complain to their parents about Greasy Greta
I always thought it was weird that all the boys in Henry’s school apart from Henry and Peter, sound like grown men! 😅😂🤣 m I the only one who thinks that? They don’t sound like children, at least Henry and Peter’s voice actors try to sound like eight to six year olds! 😅
True actually! Henry is voiced by a woman 🤯
@SnipeSnap peter is voiced by a woman too also battle axe is voiced by a man
While me who simply liked henry i never hated him when i was akid i kinda feel him because i go through that too but i wasn't a choitic and yeah i was mean to my younger siblings but I was mostly my bullies and evil teachers "punching bag" they all victimized me for having a nice hair and nice things and my mom just said i deserved this😢
3:37 NEVER MIND, HENRY, GO TO YOUR ROOM!!!!!!!
3:41 NO, GO TO YOUR ROOM, NOW, HENRY!!!!!!!
3:45 YOU CAN HAVE TEA IN THE MORNING!!!!!!! NOW, GO!!!!!!!
I would like to see a video about weepie William
