Not sure if you are reading these comments, but thank you so much for these videos! They're very well made and the effort to make it as dummy-proof possible is very clear. It's also nice that you intentionally put an effort to make it as bite-sized as possible. If I may ask... At around 4:50, Rachel talks about basically making intents as broad as possible and avoid using them to catch every question in a set of quiz, and there are better ways to do that. Can you give a link/reference to what she meant by "other better ways"? Also, perhaps it is just me, but I found myself being extremely easy to fall into that trap of using intents as specific as possible, and I'm wondering if this was explained previously and I just missed it...
@@RasaHQ Thanks! I originally meant to ask a different case, but for quiz I guess forms works best bcs the need of user input right? I think I was originally thinking of FAQs, and Rasa's retrieval action should be the way to go.

Hi lightstone, I do read the comments! :) For something like a quiz, I'd recommend using forms instead: rasa.com/docs/rasa/core/forms/
