Lucid dreaming is easy, first you gotta start a dream journal and once you're remembering your dreams you're more likely to have a random LD.
At least this is what worked for me.

Ross really modelled most of his work from this genious.
I though Ross was a genious but listen to this guy made a person turn our awareness inside and wonder about what a true genious really is.

    • @FrancisKiki

@@rossjeffries4639 one thing tha puzzle me was, when you asked him a very clever question "have you been always so flexible or it's something that you have developed?"
He touched barely on the subject that since he plays music and then went on to ramble about a lot of situations without really answering your question. A guy that have modeled others and never though about his own process for being more flexible.
Ross you are really a very clever person and know were to pay attention to extract information.
Another thing Bandler it's a genious without doubt but his technologie for persuasion contiues stuck in the submodalities changes and eye cues. Your skillfull use of language have went far away and developed the field of covert persuasion.
When Yates in the 1993 S.S Beggining home study course said that Bandler couldn't touch your level of expertise in this field of influence, he was right.

If you can break a subject down in to small enough chunks anything is learnable isn it ? i felt the same, it can be confusing once you see all the jargon , but you can start learning NLP step by step taking your time and it will become a lot more clear.
You are already on the right path (watching youtube videos) ,asking questions.
You can learn NLP if thats what you want to do.

Interesting point by Richard when he mentioned that Chomsky modelled language on neurology and not psychology. This is an important point to grasp because neuroscientists have now found new support for MIT linguist Noam Chomsky's decades-old theory that we possess an “internal grammar”. Something to think about!

One of the issues of having an over-activated solar plexus is that the heart in response may deactivate.
The solar plexus has to do with relations of self to other self, and self with society.
The heart has to do with universal acceptance and love for all without condition. This is an appropriate configuration for one who would graduate the class.

NO, you are DOING allergies with your diet and lifestyle. Turn your psychological wisdom to physiology, a field the mainstream has gotten almost 100% wrong. Diet and lifestyle, eating natural raw food, is the mainspring of health.
