That place was unexpectedly spooky. The flowing water adds an element of uncertainty to any 'footsteps' but then you went and capture several very human sounding noises too. Wow.
Have you guys ever considered Pluckley Village in Kent?
I've been there a few times and can honestly say some of the allegedly haunted sites seem pretty legit.

When the boys were in attic and ste said they have a doll a female made a " Mmm" sound.
When griff says about the sound if a door the same female agrees with him and again " says" Mmm "
At 8:54, I swear a face starts to appear in the window where the metal shutter is dented. Looks exactly like Billy the puppet in Saw. Super creepy.
